Simjee Sohail Ms DMD

We moved here a year ago from Ann Arbor where my daughter had her braces put on. We called Dr. Simjee to continue her orthodontic care. My husband took her in for her initial visit. The office did not bother to make her follow up visit until I call. Every time I leave a message for the office to call back to schedule her appointment, my calls were unanswered and never returned. When I finally met Dr. Simjee, I offered my hand to shake his but he just looked up said a brief hi and did not even shake my hand. I thought he was very rude and completely lack bedside manners. No matter how busy I am at work, I would never treat someone else in that rude manner. The fact that we had already paid the office thousands of dollars already, I feel forced to continue her treatment with that Dr. If I had known how arrogant and unfriendly he was I would not have taken my daughter there. I am planning to take our second daughter who will soon need braces to another orthodontist who would be more personable. It’s not your skills but the way you treat a fellow human being that makes you stand out among your peers.
