Wait I hope this is the Sprint located in North riverside Mall! If it is KUDOS to team member David. He demonstrated a passion for customer service and knowledge that I haven’t had in a while. My day started with my man surprising me and saying we are going to go get you the new iPhone so I was excited and happy until we made it to the Cicero Sprint in his policeman uniform and was treated like absolute crap the young lady had us wait 20min and then told us what she refused to sell us the phone after a whole mess of unnecessary drama. So we called customer service they made my appointment which I didn’t know you needed to buy a phone and they hooked us up with David. He welcomed me in the store told me he knew exactly what was going on and from point a-​z made my experience awesome he moved my music my pictures my contacts everything the other girl at the other store basically told us she couldn’t do he did. And during my wait another team member brought me a chair well after she told me she wasn’t supposed to be sitting on it but it was the thought right? I walked out of the store with my new phone filled with everything my old phone had in it
