I’ve been a customer for over five years. I went in looking for some heels not that long ago and this place has really gone down hill as far as their shoes. Old looking shoes on the shelfs, no type of customer service. I saw shoe styles that had been there for years. Come on man, it’s a fashion store not a museum people! Get it together!

I went to this store the other day to look around, the place is super crowded and the girls that work there are very rude and stuck up! When I first walked in the two girls up front were cussing in Spanish and talking about some party they had gone to the previous weekend (which I found very unprofessional). I went to the shoe section and saw a style I liked I asked one of the girls if she can bring out my size and I literally waited over 5 minutes I then asked her again and yet again waited 5 more minutes the only reason I waited that long was because I really liked the heels. But because I had already waited that long and felt the girls were very unwelcoming I just went straight to pay for them. The pair of shoes I tried on were not the ones the girl brought out and when I went to pay for them they did not show me the heels to make sure I liked them because there was a couple other people waiting to pay. Two days latter when I was going to wear them I noticed one of the heels had a stain that is very noticeable, I took them back and explained the reason why to the lady in the front she was extremely rude and sent someone else to bring me a new pair. They inform me that they no longer have my size and so I ask if they can have one of there other locations ship them the heels and they said no that they didnt do that and thay they wouldn’t return my money either. I am now stuck with damaged heels I can not wear, I will never return to this store the customer service is a nightmare! I will definitely be sharing my horrible experience with anyone that wants to shop there! I hope that the CEO reads all of these negative reviews and gets new employees!!!

I’ve been a customer at Sweeties for several years now. They have really cute clothes there for a decent price. However, Their employees always seem stuck up and seem as if they don’t want to help you unless you make eye contact. Recently I went to there with my 2 month old baby. As I entered the store, I was struggling with my stroller to get in, once I entered, the owner greeted me. (even though she always looked grumpy every time I saw her) So I said hello. Before I got a chance to even look around, a girl at the register told me I was not allowed to have my stroller in the store. I had to either leave it in front or back of the store. That got me heated! I understand why they do this because of shop lifters, but I was not going to wake up my baby or leave him in front or back of the store. So I left. About a week later I came back to get what I needed, tell me why there was a girl in there with a stroller!!! So I asked the girl at the register if they allowed strollers, she was trying to play dumb and started speaking in Spanish. If you’re going to have policies for customers, then it should apply to EVERYONE.
