This place has the worst customer service ever. The employees here are so unfriendly and rude. They charged me $ 1.08 for a piece of tape the owner is just as bad as his employees.

I would avoid coming here when the old middle eastern guy is there. He’s money hungry and tries to up sell. It’s frustrating. I didn’t need to pay for such a huge package but whatever, I was in a hurry. So avoid coming here when he’s there

I worked at a Ups store before and I was taken away by the private owned store charging 1.00 per package to tape up. A little ridiculous. Will not return. Ill drive to another location next time. I could buy my own roll of tape for that cost.

I use this store all the time for shipments as well as own a mailbox. They are great and the owners are so sweet. The girls at the front know me by name for whenever I call to check up on my mail. Overall, great customer service and efficient timing to always get me in and out fast.

Beware stay away from this location! I had a very valuable and expensive package re-directed to this store so I could pick it up here. I had set up my tracking number to give me text alerts when the package arrived at the location. I was very excited that my package had finally arrive as I started getting many text alerts from ups saying that my package had finally arrived. When I came into the store I told the girl working that I was here to pick up a package. Immediately I was told they had not received any packages today(before she even bothered to check). Then I insisted she check, which she did and came back and said there was no package and to come back a few hours later. I explained to her that I had a tracking number stating it had been shipped and the name of the actual employee who signed. At this point she calls the employee who signed to ask where the package is, this conversation goes no where quickly. After looking over and over she finally finds the package, which was sorted into someone ELSE’s PO Box. FAIL! Needless to say, I’m never using this location again.

This franchise has changed hands several times, and each time it got a little worse. I rented a mailbox here for a number of years and had at one point an employee there stealing things. The owner there now is really incompetent, he hired a girl to do all the work in the store because he is really lazy. He does not even seem to have the knowledge to run the store which leads to other questions…
