Dunkin’ Donuts

5pm on free donut day. They are a) out of donuts… doesnt bother me much, but b) screwed up my coffee order. I’m done with this place.

terrible service. there are too many dunkins in the area to ever go back to this place. we ordered 4 items this morning, had to repeat everything at least once to the servers who were not paying attention — this was after being told the seasonal coffee flavors were on the menu board (they’re not). despite this the server still tried to give us the wrong size and type of drink/​muffin, and threw the bagel in the bag with a major attitude. had to give it back because they forgot to butter it. got in the car and realized the cut was only through half the bagel and barely sliced at that — went back in to fix and was told they didn’t have any plain bagels left. if 0 stars was an option I would choose that.

Overall poor quality and service here today. Menu prices are not accurate, was charged way more. They are out of peanut sauce and hot fudge!

I come here every morning so they know my order– I love that. The staff is very friendly and they make good coffee. Line can get a bit long in the morning, especially if people ahead of you are ordering food. They may need a better system to serve– more than one person making coffee, more than one person on register, and more than one person making the food.

Your standard dunkin-​donuts and baskin robins mash up. You’re not going to get anything out of the ordinary here. Still, if you’re looking for a quick coffee– this is probably the place to stop.
