I love this cvs. I frequently come here for prescriptions and the pharmacy staff is wonderful. The pharmacists and techs know me by name and are always friendly and helpful.

I’ve been to lots of CVS’s, I’m glad this one is «mine». I am a frequent prescription customer, I have about 6 a month, and the pharmacy folks are great. Sure, they make an occasional mistake, but they *always* fix it with an apology and a smile. I’ve never gone into this store looking for something and didn’t find it, including a passport photo.

This is the last time I will use this pharmacy. They seem to be so busy I am just another number to them. Rude and unprofessional service. I have spoken with the store manager in the past with no results. I called their cooperate office twice to complain. Still nothing changed. This last time their cooperate office cared so much that they didn’t even ask me what location I was calling to provide feedback on. Time to find a new pharmacy and take CVS off of my shopping list. Clearly they do not care about the wellbeing of their customers.

I stop here from time to time since its close and convenient to home. I also get my prescriptions here. The associates are very nice but it seems like there are never enough working at once. Lines are longer than not most times i go in there and the same goes for the drive thru pharmacy. Its great because you can wear your pj’s and not have to get out of the car but sometimes the wait can be kind of long. All in all, if you need to pick up a few quick items, this is a good option.

Pulling off the highway, we made a pitt stop at this CVS Pharmacy in Riverview to stock up on some snacks and some other items before heading away from the Tampa area. The store had the basic fare, although I was disappointed by the limited food items. However, the service was friendly and I appreciated the cashier using a generic extracare card to receive the reduced advertised prices (something that I was annoyed that the cashier wouldn’t do last time I went to a CVS in California).
