Domino’s Pizza

So I ordered pizza for the first time from this location on 5/​25^th– it was made incorrectly.
My first impression when I walked into the restaurant was that the storefront was clean and well kept. Employees looked busy and presentable. I then received my order and checked the boxes before I left; only to discover that my pizza order was «reversed.» An employee (whom I believed to be the manager) assisted me immediately and apologized; offered me the usual 2 liter and said it would take 10min. I accepted the offer and got my order in 10min. I gave this place 5 Stars because they made it right by me by correcting my order in a timely matter and with a smile. It was a pleasant wait and the best Wisconsin Cheese and Pepperoni Pizzas I have ever had :-) There’s no such thing as a business that never makes ANY mistakes. What does count is how you recover from them. Thank You Dominoes on Boyette Rd in Riverview, FL.

5÷4÷16 — So updates are in order when even a manager can’t get your pizza right. «I’ll credit your account for next time» is such a misused phrase and doesn’t solve anything. Asking if they can remake your pizza doesn’t solve anything when you’ve lost your appetite for what they dished up.
And the worst thing, not surprisingly, is it’s a chain that doesn’t have to work for it. I highly doubt they would ever be able to replicate the same order the SAME WAY we had a couple days ago that we were so happy with. Sad smiles all around. Just sad.

I’m a happy girl with Dominio’s! I don’t see one thing wrong here. Except the fact their food is incredibly fattening! Come on! It’s pizza! and pizza-​related items. And even though pizza is the perfect food, we all know it’s not that great for you! So what? Sometimes ya just have to go for it!
Chicken Bacon-​Tomato Bites! Omg, these are simply delectable! What IS THIS? It is chunks of very lean grilled, skewered chicken, topped with a deeply garlicky sauce, a melted combo of cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, topped with fresh tomatoes, and very crisp, lean bacon. It’s so rich and deliciously tender! Get this!
I also shared the traditional breadsticks with my sweetie, even though there are about 5 other kinds. Perfect with the complimentary spicy marina sauce.
There certainly are a lot of new items on Dominio’s menu, which just goes to show you how long it’s been since we had it.
We placed our order online and it was delivered piping hot within 20 minutes with good service and a smile.
You can’t get any better than that!

Hope I don’t jinx myself but I’ve never been disappointed with there service, quality & customer care. The service is fast & pizza still hot. I’m a huge fan of pizza & not everyone has good pizza at this location, It’s always made just right. Never been in the location so wouldn’t be fair to give a 5 star review. But yet again never had an issue with there delivery service no delivers.

The driver so so friendly and professional. The best we have ever seen! But… The pizza was not good. The sauce had chunks of stuff in it and made me sick. Very greasy to the point that the box was flimsy and the pizza just wasn’t good. Great delivery, pizza… Not good!

We love dominoes pizza above all its so delicious an so many crust an toppings to choose from.

Not sure what happened to Dominoes, I have ordered the pan pizza at least a 100 times from Dominoes and it was really good. I ordered a pepperoni pan pizza last night and it seemed as if it was in the oven for 2 minutes. The dough was very raw and the bottom was not golden brown with very little cheese on it. We called and spoke to the manager and he yelled at me and said that is the way it is suppose to be. I was taken back, I didn’t know what to say. Well Pizza Hut or Hungy Howies next time.

We have ordered from here 3 days in a row! Great new food and really tasty! New online ordering is easy and super fast! So good!!!

Not bad at all for their pizza. Can’t beat the price. Wish the waiting area is a little bigger. They were pretty busy for a Sunday night. 15 minutes wait it’s not bad at all. The kids were happy. I’m happy. The service was excellent. Will be back.

A memory of a drunken anniversary where we slept through our dinner reservations and the only thing available at 10 o’clock at night was Domino’s…delivered to our hotel room, watching the Devil’s Advocate on TV eating Domino’s in out underwear !!! TMI? Well, it’s one of our favorite memories !!! And that memory prompted us to ty Domino’s again when we wanted something, quick, close and not too expensive for dinner one night,
Good crust, good sauce and pretty generous on toppings! Nice to eat you again our old friend !!!

Based on a years ago drunk Dominos experience that wife and I hold dear we tried them again, and what do you know? They have this super duper mega pepperoni overload pizza that for lack of better words is… not bad.
We were pleasantly surprised.
I ordered thru the website and it actually worked well. They have this stupid tracker to see exactly where your pizza is. Uh… in the oven?
Anyway when we’re lazy or the grandkids want pizza and we don’t want to take them to a «real» pizza place, this will do nicely.

Driver delivered pizza and forgot my $ 3 2 liter. Took 30 mins to deliver it. Total waste. We drank water. Food was good. Bbq Chicken thing was way to overpriced. Hardly any chicken.

I don’t order Dominos too often but I had this $ 5.00 Dominos Dollars burning a whole in my email so I figured I’d use it. I ordered it online and decided to pick it up this’ time even tho I did have a subscription to Shop runner which waves the ridiculous «delivery charge of $ 2.75» which is not connected to the tip for some reason…
Anyways I get there and there is no record of my order even tho I did received a confirmation. They initially said they could just make me a pie but couldn’t apply the rewards bonus so I would have to pay full price I tried to redo the order on my phone but that didn’t work either.
To make a long story short, I give props to the manger Chris Goodyear for doing the right thing and just charging me my original online price.

Fast service and they care about the product they put out. Eight dollar carry out is great.
