You’ll be ask what type of service you need and you will get IGNORED.
I would suggest this place to have at least 1 person to take care of walk ins, otherwise how can you expect to increase your clientele when ignoring walk-​ins?
I left after 35 minutes of waiting (4 people came after me, and they were all helped)

I have never been here, however my wife drives 20+ minutes every 2 weeks to get her nails done. She lives this place. She has tried most of the places in brandon and still mashed the drive.
Why not 5 stars, well I haven’t used this product.

No problems here! My mom was visiting from out of town and wanted to treat us to mani-​pedis. I generally do my own (I used to work for a podiatrist and I’ve seen too many problems) but she was really excited so we went. The gentleman that did my services did a great job. I will say, he used (and charged for) gel polish, which I did not ask for. This more than doubled the cost of the manicure. HOWEVER, I had never had gel before and now that I have seen the results, I won’t do it any other way. A week later and my nails still look perfect. My pedicure was also well done. The tech that did my mom’s services also did a great job.
The salon is clean and well-​kept, and very close to my home. Prices were reasonable. My only two little things were the thing with the gel (and maybe he did ask and I misunderstood), and then they also did not do our services together. I started with the mani and my mom started with the pedi and then we swapped. It would be nice, if people came in together, that they let them enjoy their services together so they can chat and pass the time. If I were looking to do it again, I would come back.

Horrible. This review is based on the person that did my nails. I came in to soak of acrylic and I’m so disappointed. I still have acrylic left on my nails no buffingno polish. Should have went to my regular nail place.

The service was great and everyone who worked there was super friendly and upbeat! I enjoyed getting to know the staff and they even obliged with my crazy color choices!

This is my go to place. The owner is super friendly and always remembers me. They take walk ins but I like to call ahead of time. I love to use Linda, she does a great job on my toes and fingers. Make sure you take a card, on the back is a loyalty card that gets you free services.

Wow! Amazing place! I am one of the pickiest women when it comes to nail salons. I’ve tried around 5 in this area, and have been ultimately disappointed. This is by far the most amazing spot. The friendliest staff, beautiful atmosphere, and all around positivity. I had the privilege to have Linda do my pedi/​mani. I would take her everywhere with me if I could. She was perfection. She took her time with me and gave me the best mani/​pedi I’ve ever had. Ladies and gents, look no further. This place is phenomenal. They won me over, I am officially a regular.

I had a good experience with two previous visits. My last experience will probably end my visits to this salon. I go to the nail salon to relax and pamper myself. On my last visit, the workers were so rude and loud. They were talking loudly in their native languages and laughing. It seems they were talking about customers. I was so upset! On to the next salon.

The only reason I came here is because I was given a $ 20 gift certificate for my birthday. If I wanted to have my nails look crappy I would have done them myself. It looks like a five year old did my nails. I paid to have a gel manicure and the gel polish is lumpy, uneven and all over my cuticles. Not to mention they didn’t even give me a proper manicure. I’m disgusted with the quality. Or lack there of.

I just moved to the area and after reading reviews on Unilocal decided to try here. I went and got a full set acrylic and it cost $ 20 (which is 10 $ cheaper than where I went back in Washington state). I only had to wait a few mins before they started on my nails. It was pleasantly quiet, no yelling but just people talking. There seemed to be a lot of regulars, which was a plus. My nails turned out great and I am definitely going back. One perk I liked was a frequent buyer card, get 10 stamps and get a free manicure or eyebrow wax. The only 2 things I did not like were their nail polish selection is very small, if you’re wanting a certain color your best bet is bringing it with you, and they have a dryer instead of UV which I felt took longer than usual to dry. Neither of those things would deter me from going again though. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

I love this place! They really took the time to make sure I was taken care of and happy. They are awesome with their customers and actually care about the quality of the service they provide. I am definitely not going anywhere else! They have my business for sure. I recommend this place to all of my friends. :)

I have finally found exceptional quality of work!!! I arrived as a walk in about a week ago. The staff were friendly. I then received the absolute best pedicure in all my life !!! Even better was that I only paid 40 $ out the door and that included a French style paint and a 10 $ well deserved tip. They offer 4 levels of pedicure service (as most places do these days) I chose the 25 $ one, I think it is called «the deluxe.» I am still happily amazed by the excellent service I was given ! For the first time I feel this was money well spent!

Kimberly, the manager of this nail salon truly cares about her customers and employees. She inclusive meritocracy to heart when she treats her employees because doing the right thing to her employees will result in good business for everyone. As being observed, she truly believes in happy employees because happy employees will resulted in happy and returning customers. She coached her employees to recommend but reserve the option for customers to choose because they will be more delighted in the end. She frequently reminded her employees to always keep the working area clean at all times. Those are great customer service and entrepreneurship skills that she possesses.

I love this place. As a guy who gets his feet done, I have always been pretty picky about nail salons. lol This place always does a great job and the staff is always courteous and friendly. The only place in the Tampa area I go to on a regular basis.

Whenever I finally get around to having my nails done, this is the only place I trust. They’re fast, professional, and always do a great job. The staff is always friendly and I love the modern décor of the inside.
I’ve been to nail salons in the past where they’ve rushed through a job and left my cuticles cut up and stinging or where I’ve gotten the distinct impression that they were openly judging my bitten fingernails. I don’t get that here.
The prices are comparable to others in the area ($ 35 for a full set of pink and white nails and pedicures ranging from $ 18-​$ 40). I’ve been in several times and I’ve never had a bad experience. I always leave feeling great and will continue to come here for all of my nail care needs.
