The staff is always very nice, welcoming & helpful.
Today, Lori helped us & she was simply awesome. They had a mad sale. 50% off of the most expensive item & 40% off of any additional items. 60% off of shoes & accessories!!!
The shoes I got didn’t look new, looked like they were worn maybe just inside the store. When I informed the cashier he gave me an additional 20% off since they were the last pair in size 7 ½!!! So the original price of the shoes was $ 138 & I bought them for $ 48 with tax. I was on cloud 9!!!
Love most things they carry in this store & the staff is super nice. I hope they continue to stay in business in this mall. It’s the only decent store in my opinion.

I normally love banana republic but going to this one left a bad taste in my mouth. I found a dress I liked for $ 19.99. On the other side of the store they had the same dress but in a larger size on sale for $ 119.99. I wanted it for the cheaper price obviously and the manager refused even though several dresses were marked at that price. They need to double check their work or honor what they mark on their sales tags. Besides this blunder on their part the staff was not very friendly and seemed artificially apologetic.

Very helpful and welcoming staff but the system they are using to do background check for store card is very inefficient. They reject people right and left due to inefficiency in approving applicants identity. Thanks to staff but … to their credit check system.

This location doesn’t get all the BR lines (like their limited edition collections) because it is a low volume store. Things I like here are they do carry petite sizes and that the store is usually empty. I generally find discounts are better at their online site and just come here to look at it prior to my online purchase.

I decided to go inside the store since I usually shop at BR. They had a 40% off on a single item that was full price. I walked in and one of the employees greeted me and I just proceeded to the mens section. I was looking at the shorts and there was not too many size on the floor. I asked one of the employees if what was out there is it and the employee said yes. I got the shorts tried it on and it fit well. I was happy that I did not have to run to another store.

The staff here is always friendly and helpful. I love Banana Republic. I know I can always find something nice here without breaking the bank. Also, they have the best sales. The sale racks can get overwhelming, but the staff here are always available to help.
My only issue with this store is that the prices are a smidge higher than the prices at other Banana Stores (namely the on in the South Bay Galleria). I still shop at this location because it’s much closer to home and the selection is larger than the one in the South Bay Galleria.

Probably the worst banana republic ever. They didn’t have anything. Maybe they got bum rushed because of the holiday? I felt like I was in a soviet era banana republic.

Is it me or was there once a time BR’s sock selection was better than it is now? In any event, there’s always parking here, and you can eat a burger at Marmalade Café when your exhausting shopping deathwalk is finally done.

I went into return an item I purchased from the Culver City BR, and ended up spending more money than my original purchase. The associates are really attentive, maybe due to the trickle of people who come into the store, but I don’t care! I get my own personal shopper who helped find clothes in the SALE section. I couldn’t believe they would be so kind.
Here are top 3 reasons why this one is above Redondo Beach, Santa Monica, and Culver City:
1. Really helpful associates or more like personal shoppers.
2. They have all the sizes you want. And I have this phobia of people returning used clothes — and I could almost guarantee it won’t happen here.
3. Has THE BEST sales selection of all the stores. Some of the most popular items that were sold full price until the end in Culver City was on sale here! I’m guessing because not many people make it out here that they put a lot of stuff on sale. Freaking awesome for me.

Do I look like your ex? maybe someone that’s been stalking u? maybe that’s why instead of saying hi and offering help you looked down went to the back when I walked in. And that’s probably why as soon as I left you came right back.

Came in not long before closing to check out some chinos + polos + jackets.
After about 45 mins of chatting with a lovely young lady named Amy and asking her opinion on colors /​outfits (She took Color Theory in college and is AMAZINGLY helpful!) I walked out with a couple hundred bucks worth of gear. She even stayed after closing to help me pick out some more items and was happy to do so.
Pros:
Extremely well laid-​out. Matching outfits are often already put next to each other for the fashion-​unconscious.
Plenty of colors and styles to choose from.
Excellent service and honest advice from staff.
Great prices due to a sale and signing up for BR card.
Cons:
Not free.
