I absolutely love this place! When I lived in Nebraska I always enjoyed doing the Scary Farm. Their haunted forest is top notch! The mini haunted houses are fun too. The prices on all their fruit is pretty reasonable and I liked to stock up while I was there!

Wholsome family agri-tourism fun! Parents, Roca Berry Farm is the reason you should NOT buy your pumpkin at the grocery store. I do not remember going here as a child, but my mom tells me that I kept eating the berries, & my little brother kept sitting on them. Ha! Although they are more of a «family» place, I’ve actually been there more as a single adult. Their Halloween celebration grows more each year: loads of activities for the kids including a petting zoo, pony rides, giant inflatable slide, pedal go-karts, not-so-spooky haunted houses, a life size Candy-Land, an outdoor stage with music & magic, hayrack rides, a «monster truck» type ride, bales of hay to play in, a corn maze, and my favorite — the pumpkin patch! During the day it’s family-friendly. Nighttime is better for teenagers who like haunted hayrack rides. You can spend an entire afternoon there & wear out the kids. Luckily, the hayrack ride will take you back from the patch to the entrance, and wagons are available for tired legs. I do not remember the pricing, but I think its reasonable judging by the amount of people there. Plus, they have to attract people to drive there from Lincoln(which really isn’t far at all). You can also get all your favorite fall goodies there like caramel apples, cider, & funnel cakes. I have not been berry-picking there as an adult, but if I do, I promise not to sit on them. :)
