Corner Store

Ventured to this little store for the first time ever this weekend, has a solid selection of things you might need to pick up quick. They didn’t have solo cups which was one of the 2 things we needed which sucked, they had these little plastic cups (which weren’t going to work for the very adult games we were playing in the backyard). So we improvised and played different adult games.
Service was good, it was clean inside, I am sure I will venture back here when I (we) need something quick at one of our parties in the area.

NO MORE BEER AND THAT SUCKS. The Corner Store used to have a nice little beer selection, everything from Bud-​Light to Arrogant Bastard. It is now under new management and looks like any corner store you might find on Hudson or Norton, MINUS the beer. Boooo.

i have been to this store a few times since a friend of mine moved into the area. We always walk our dog to this place and are able to hitch her to a near by post and walk into the store without worry. The beer selection is great, but my most favorite item they have is their coffee rolls. wow, it’s so hard to find a great coffee roll and this place has amazing ones for a good price. The Lady that is usually there in the evenings is really friendly and cares about the customers. She doesn’t treat you like just a customer but will get to know you if you frequent the place enough and have a conversation with you. The store also is open when ever my friend or I need something last min. we go to the store and they usually have the butter or flour we need that we ran out of to finish our cookies and cakes we bake.
Bottom line: it is a good store.

Great little store with amazing beer selection for it’s size. More different and unusual beer than a lot of much bigger places (read Wegmans). Always refrigerated and fresh unlike a lot of other places I could name. They really care about their beer. Also good corner store type food, good prices, and friendly staff, easy parking (try finding that combination anywhere nearby).Pretty much THE place to get good and interesting beer in the downtown area or Rochester in general
