u have insurance w/​cricket. Brought my daughter in to get replacement phone because hers wasn’t working. They accused her of dropping it… could she or one of her friends have… of course. That is neither here nor there. They told me I would have to pay deductible of $ 85. Really? Apparently, because they advised us to get a new $ 99 phone in its stead. Nice. We left sans phone. Verizon would’ve had new phone in mail no questions asked. Insurance is just that! Not w/​cricket however. They take advantage of the vulnerable. I’m advising my daughter to never do business w/​them again. I suggest everyone else do the same… Cricket Crooks!

My experience at Cricket was great! I had seen their ads and tons of locations around town but wasn’t really sure who or what they were. My salesperson, Sean, was very energetic and explained the whole process. I bought my phone upfront but got my activation fee & first month of service for free! Plus I got instant and mail-​in rebates on the phone. There were no surprises — I got exactly what Sean said I would!!!
I got to pick a plan that was amazing compared to the other companies — unlimited calls, text, 411, voicemail, caller ID, call waiting, 3-​way, call forwarding, pics, minutes & full services when I travel to their network cities & packages available for when I go other places. This is the «works» plan for just $ 50 a month — they do have other plans — some higher some lower. Sean asked me a few questions about how I used my last phone and we decided together that this plan was perfect for me! I even got insurance for only $ 5 extra each month (it was $ 7 or $ 8 with my last company and I can get a replacement almost instantly if something does happen to my phone)!!!
I love this company! Go see Sean or any of the other great reps at Cricket on Chili Ave!!!
