Yeah– no. I went here to purchase an SUV and knew that I wanted something very large, as I had a 170lb dog at the time. I stated SEVERAL times that I wanted something at least as big as a Ford Escape. The salesman kept trying to put me into much smaller vehicles, like the Kia Soul and some other Kia SUV/​crossover that was teeny.
He ended up saying «come on, let’s go look at this Kia —insert whatever model of the car that was totally irrelevant to me — the size is definitely more suitable for a woman.»
I’m sorry, what? I don’t think I heard you correctly. Yes, I’m a woman. Yes, I’m 5’3. But I learned to drive in a pickup and I’m pretty certain I can handle myself in a large vehicle.
I turned and walked out. Not interested in giving my business to a place that tells me what is more suitable for me because of my gender.

I went to Fuccillo Kia because I was interested in the Optima. I ended up walking out leasing a 14′. I was happy with my experience from start to finish. The salesman (Dave) I had has only been working with them for «3 months but been in the car sales business for 33 years». He was knowledgeable and friendly. He did all the salesman type things, touch my shoulder when shaking my hand, make a connection (his son is named Dave).smile, tell a story. blah blah blah. Overall he was very helpful and not too pushy. The sales manger was a «straight shooter». When my dad and I told them we were going to shop around… they were able to drop the price a couple times.
I am overall very happy with my experience at Ficcillo and glad I made a purchase from Billy. At first I hated his commercials but after studying business I very much appreciate his marketing tactics and understand his brilliance. I would recommend Billy’s Rochester Kia store and the salesman Dave. Because this is my first Kia, depending on how this car lasts through the lease will depend on how likely I am to recommend an actual Kia Optima. As of right now (just driving off the lot) I am extremely please, happy, and excited to have the car I do.
Oh, how can I forget. the coffee and water were 5 stars also haha!

I recently got my 2015 Kia Forte. I absolutely love it! When writing with the staff they worked with me and my budget and were very friendly. I highly recommend going here to get a car

I have a 2006 KIA Sedona minivan that recently had a recall for the front control arm. I bought the van used from a non KIA dealer so I just picked the most convenient KIA dealer for me, which was Fuccillo KIA of Greece. I’ve never been there before. I called and made an appointment. I brought it in the night before and they had a record of my appointment already and said they would call when it was done. The next day they called at 1:30pm and said that it was done, but they also had to add protective coating to the rear suspension, replace the rear door latches, and replace a worn heater hose. Yikes!!! How much was this going to cost I asked. Oh, nothing they said. Everything is covered under your warranty (on an 8 year old van that I bought from another dealer). I picked it up, everything was ready, and I paid absolutely nothing. This is the only experience I’ve had here. I have not purchased a vehicle from them. But, it was a good first experience. :)

Do not go here… ever!!! They will not honor your warranty even after they promised they would and kept the car for 10 days… The service manager is Mike and he is the worst manager I have ever come in contact with… We were trying to talk to him and he slammed his hand on the desk and started walking us out the door like basically kicking us out. Do your self a favor and never buy from them or take a vehicle for service!
