Stopped in the new location, what a come up! This place is cool, the space is open and inviting. Has a full bar behind the coffee counter, very interested to see what they are going to do with that, great venue. Couldn’t stay long this time, but can’t wait to hang out here on hot days and drink one of their amazing cold brews. They also had Roc Donut King donuts, huge selection, sooooo good! Nice job Fuego, see ya soon!

I really enjoy Fuego’s coffee and their new space on Euclid! It seems like it’s a lot closer to things, though realistically, the old spot wasn’t THAT out of the way. The new location has considerably more seating and tons of light. Plenty of bathrooms, too(though FYI, at this early stage, there was no soap or paper towel– eek!). Their coffee is excellent quality– I’ve had it several times at Makers. When I go to Fuego, I like to order their iced drinks. The French Quarter is delicious, as is the Uncle Marble. They often include chicory or agave in their drinks, which add some unique flavors. My boyfriend likes to order aeropress coffee, which makes it taste even purer, stronger, and more flavorful. Love it! So glad I’ve learned to drink good coffee black. Fuego seems to have quite the vibrant community, so clearly I need to get down there more often! 45 Euclid has been a bar for about 5 years(open only for private events), but because that’s their landlord and they’re sharing a space now, they’re serving alcoholic drinks there for the duration of Jazz Fest at the very least! Check it out. I’ve gotta get down there for a beer cocktail sometime soon!

Fuego has now moved to 45 Euclid St and I’m loving the new location. Just a few steps away from my desk at work which means a lot more French Quarters in my future! The new space is more open and I think a little larger. In the back there’s a bar area(not yet open) that will be called 45. I guess the owner or operator is affiliated with Fuego though I’m not exactly sure how. Also, I’m not sure if they offered food at the previous location but today I noticed they had sandwiches for sale. According to the employee I spoke with(can’t remember his name) they were prepared by Avvino. This place will be perfect for employees at Windstream, the Clinton Square building, the new D&C building, and residents at Midtown Tower 280.

I Love FUEGO and Everything about it!!! First of the staff is super duper friendly and offer some great suggestions especially if you’re a first timer. On top of their friendliness they are so educated about everything coffee beans and between. When I asked a few questions about some of their brewing methods they took the time to explain to me and seemed excited about talking about! Now to this Doughnut I had… Oh My Word!!! It was a brown buttered glazed doughnut with pecans on top. This doughnut practically melted in your mouth it was so dang good. This is definitely one of my favorite spots for coffee. Fuego is a delightful find in downtown Rochester! I’ve had their pour overs, cold brew and French Quarter(a blend of ice coffee, milk and agave I believe, superb!) staff is friendly and easy to talk to! I’ve been meaning try their home brewed root beer! They also partner with a farm in Guatemala(?) so the beans are truly«farm to table»

If you like coffee you will like this place. However if you’re a «Starbucks» love your coffee full syrup and sugar with burnt beans this is NOT your place. The coffee These guys are legit roasters making craft coffee. The Barista Will was amazing in his knowledge of coffee gave me a great lesson in all types of coffee. I decided to go with a Mocha which was an amazing balance of a bitter sweet chocolate, expresso and frothed milk. One of the best I have in a long time. Will also gave us a try of their cold brew. The process they use is 12 – 24 hours to brew it. They even use milk from a local farm! I bought some beans to take home and try I cant wait! I was really impressed these guys know their craft well! My only complaints are two minor things one it is it a bit pricey but I would pay for it. The main one is the only thing I could grab to go with it was a few cookies. I hope they expand in the future to add thing to pair their amazing coffee too. Will said they were moving to a better location a few blocks away soon so make sure you check before you go!

I have been all over the world drinking coffee from LA to NYC to Hong Kong to Amsterdam to Paris trying to find a better coffee spot and FUEGO is still my favorite. Wherever I go, I miss this place. It’s not just me, I have friends that after they come here, they want it too.

If you like your cappuccinos sweet just know that theirs isn’t. It was pretty strong, with pretty latte art on the top The barista was super nice and gave my friend and I a punch card There is outdoor seating and cool murals on the outside of the building I might be paying another visit to try their other drinks

COFFEE Great coffee, I’ve had the coffee, espresso, and the cappuccino, all excellent. Love the location, nestled right in the heart of downtown, and the atmosphere. Where are you going for coffee that’s better than this?

I’ve made it my mission to try a simple latte at every coffee place in the Rochester area and THIS is the place I can’t forget & keep returning to. The staff is so friendly & welcoming that even when I only intended to run in for a bag of beans(which are so good that I gave them out as Christmas presents!) or a cup of joe, I end up hanging out for a while. Perfect place to bring anyone new to Rochester to show them a little bit of what we’re all about. I consider this the best bean and brew in Rochester. Keep on keepin on Fuego!

Fuego is the greatest. I couldn’t be happier that it is so close to where I live. Every encounter I’ve had with the staff has been superb, and you can tell they love what they do(and do it well!) I usually stick to black pour-overs(I like trying their various brewing methods), and occasionally I like to indulge in a cortado(because everyone else doesn’t get it right… Fuego does!) Seems like they now offer drip coffee in addition to their pour-over methods; this will probably be great for when I’m in a bit of a hurry. Also, they now have a small seating area, so i’ll definitely be coming with friends!

Fuego is part of the«craft coffee» revolution taking root in Rochester, and it’s definitely worth a visit for a brew that will make you sit up and take notice. Tucked away on Liberty Pole Way, behind the Harro East, in that odd maze of criss-cross streets just north of downtown, Fuego has planted its flag in the neighborhood. I’m not sure what the foot traffic in this area is like, but the place always seems full of customers who don’t mind seeking out great coffee. I don’t often go out of my way for coffee. I don’t drink it every day(or even every week), so when I do, it’s a treat. My friend turned me on to this place, and we usually visit together so I can follow his lead. They make a great«regular coffee,» but also offer the whole range of cold press, drips, and whatnot that goes along with the new ways we view coffee these days. The bright, young staff is friendly and they are happy to steer you in the right direction. Aside from getting a latte, I will often get a French Quarter, which is a nice mix of strong and creamy flavors. Fuego recently expanded into the space next door and now offers comfortable seating for lounging and talking with friends. I understand further expansion is planned to open up more space in the future. Add Fuego to your coffee safari list, and you won’t be disappointed.

We ordered the latte which only comes in Colombian and matte latte. The lattes comes out with no sweet taste at all. I prefer my lattes super sweet. The desserts are from scratch bakery. We got the mango berry and fudge macarons, they were delicious. Fuego had a punch card system for frequent coffee drinkers.

Damn good coffee, Fun baristas! I loved everything I’ve ordered: cortado, toddy, Americano… Just try anything or tell the barista what you like and they will surprise you! I like that you are not waiting forever for your coffee… No offense pour, but sometimes I don’t have the extra 20 min for a coffee. Great people and I’m dying to go for a float in the summer! Maybe they can do one more day of these before the brutal winter settles in!

FUEGO!!! I don’t even LIKE Ice Coffee– but you GOT me with your delicious iced coffee and chicory treat. It’s creamy, strong and just darn delicious. They also have two kinds of mochas: regular and a chipotle(omgzzz). I’ve always had amazing customer service there but it is a small and pretty hipster place. If they only opened earlier, I could go every day on my way to work!

Stopped by on Sunday with my boyfriend for a nice quiet latte. There was a surprising number of people there for a lazy Sunday morning! Fuego is always great. The lattes were delicious and it looks like they’re expanding more in the front! Also since they’ve opened, they’ve gotten more pastries(including macaroons from Scratch). Love this place!

Small place. Hits all the spots for the new trends on coffee shops. Some people might find that annoying, but I like the fact that I can actually get coffee that tastes good without having to add caramel, or flavored syrup. Service was friendly, which sometimes can be iffy for the more trendy coffee places, and they made a good cup of coffee, so they get four stars!

CORTADA. What?! CORTADA. Yeah, you should try it! In my opinion its the best in the city and glancing at the other reviewers, this seems to be the consensus. I’ve been stopping by since around the time this place opened(It was recommended to me by a Java’s barista) and i’m happy to see they have been incredibly successful, despite the location. I will often stop mid day when I’m returning to work, since every time I drive by I can not resist the urge of getting a delicious cup. Since i frequent during midday hours, its often full of police men. Somewhat surprising although they seem to be friendly with the owners. I tried the matcha drink once, it wasn’t for me, but I can see the appeal. To my knowledge, its the only place that offers it.

Fuego feels like a little Rochester secret, tucked away on liberty pole way. The coffee is delicious and roasted in house! I was especially fortunate to grab my cold brew during jazz fest and got treated to some pretty amazing live music.
