Golf Galaxy

We visit here about once a year to pick up door prizes for an annual tournament. This year we were able to purchase some golf balls and browse the clearance for knicknacks. I would have to agree with previous reviewers relating to the customer service of this location. However, a man who appeared to be management did ask if we needed any assistance even though he more so appeared to be watching us. They do carry a large selection of golf merchandise, but do be prepared to shell out some doe. For example, we saw a basic golf shirt here for $ 65 on clearance. Across the street, at Marketplace, we saw similarly styled shirts for $ 20. Golf galaxy, also has a frequent rewards club system. We didn’t have our card at the time, so the cashier looked up our phone number and was still unable to locate the account in the computer system and then concluded we must not actually have an account. We, of course, located the key tag on the kitchen counter when we got home. If you’re looking for specific equipment, Golf galaxy might actually have what you’re looking for, but I would recommend searching elsewhere and going here as a final resort.

Pricing is a bit high in comparison to Dicks. Even though Dicks owns golf galaxy. The main issue with golf galaxy is you are judged the second you walk in the door. I have gone in several times dressed in different attire. When I come from work in my shirt and tie the workers jump right up to help me. Other times i have walked in after mowing my lawn or on my way home from the gym and they wont even look in my direction. They need to be informed that money is money and they are in the business of making it. I am an avid golfer and play in a league each year. The interactions i have had with this company has forced me to look elsewhere for my needs. The reason i have them 2 stars is because they do carry quality items, and most importantly due to me not wanting to go back to the store i discovered
and find much better deals then they can come close to.
