Hands down the absolute best Honey I have ever had!!! Dr. Johnston knows what he is doing when it comes to this business. I have had honey from all the various harvesting and they are all sweetly named after his kids so how can you have a favorite seriously… they are all good. I love the tall fancy wine jars that you can get this packaged in… but it comes in various sizes and containers for whatever price budget or taste you have. It is a clean, crisp, clear tasting honey that my homemade biscuits are honored to have sit atop them… there is a website so you can virtually tour some of the beautiful plants of Minnesota that lend itself to this wonderful product.
