Jordan Family Eyecare

The best customer service experience I have ever had took place at Jordan Family eyecare by Heather Davis. I have been searching for the right pair of frames off and on for myself for quite some time now. Unfortunately, I am very particular and just haven’t been able to find something quite right for me. Heather approached me and made me instantly comfortable with her. Not only was she friendly and enthusiastic, but she was sincerely eager to help me. She just wanted to. She made me feel like her friend, not someone she was forced to talk to as a responsibility. Heather was also incredibly honest. I had a certain frame in mind when I went in, and she knew the frame would unfortunately be too large for my face. She was so easy to talk to. She did not tell me what I wanted to hear because I wanted to hear it, but rather re-​directed me to what she knew would be a better fit for me. I could not find anything I wanted right away so Heather took it upon herself to do some research for me and hunt down some frames that she thought would be a perfect suit for me. She took my personal details into consideration, my wants and dislikes, and noted my smaller face-​size. Heather seems to take a lot of pride in her job and it seems as though she loves what she does. Heather absolutely went above and beyond in every regard, and above all else my main praise is that Heather is incredibly patient. I am not one to ever write reviews, but Heather absolutely deserves the recognition. I will recommend her to anyone and everyone.

All of the employees/​doctors that I’ve met here are wonderful. I know I’m in good hands when I go here, but they are almost always running late. The last 3 times that I’ve gone in I’ve had to wait for at leat 45 minutes past the time of my appaointment. When making an appointment always plan on being there for a while, but other than that they are wonderful.

This is th BEST experience I have EVER had with an eye doctor in my LIFE! Dr Jordan is a perfectionist! He is so thorough and concerned for his patient’s overall well being, that he literally spends as much time as it takes to diagnose and prescibe the right prescription. He discusses eye health, nutrition and it’s relationship to eyehealth; he is not afraid to tell you things need to change! I come from a lineage of Glaucoma and AMD (both will rob your eyesight irrevocably if not identified and treated early). Doctor Jordan takes great pains to ensure that nothing is missed in his eye exams. Truly, he is a genius and very personable as well. We are so lucky to have him in Rochester NH! Worth EVERY PENNY and he is now an Eyemed participating Doctor.
