I had an appointment scheduled for Friday to have my ring appraised, as they sometimes bring in an appraiser and schedule his day out in advance.
It look less than 30 minutes from the time I walked in until I was back in my car. I got a comprehensive appraisal with all the essential bells & whistles. Everyone was friendly.
I had been quoted $ 100 but when I arrived they said it’d be $ 125. I showed her the card I was given when I made the appointment and they honored the $ 100 price.
All went well!

Long wait, friendly staff, wrong size shipped. Decent price for my diamond ring and they did include a thank-​you card, hand written but with our names wrong. I get the impression the sales staff needs some training.
