When it’s time to order a cookie cake or card I always prefer to use Mrs. Fields. That being said, the last time that I did this location let me down.
First off, when I went in to order a cookie card the girl that was working was not at all familiar with what the company offers; she seemed to be doing it for the very first time. Then the day that I showed up to pick up my order I was told that it was made the wrong size so that it would not fit into the box. Instead they ended up having to wrap in in a bag which was not convenient at all and ruined the moment that I had planned. Disappointing to say the least.
