Pizza Hut

Oh my… where to start. I called ahead of time and asked how their dining room looked. He said not busy, so we went ahead and showed up without reservations. We arrived around 6:40pm and saw literally one other table of 4. We were shown a dirty table that hasn’t been cleared, and the gentleman said it’ll only take a minute for him to wipe it down which was fine. He clears the cups and takes a dirty, wet rag and wipes down the table leaving wet spots all over. When we kindly told the waitress the table is wet and if we could sit somewhere else. She said as long as we don’t sit «over there» pointing to a good 4/​5ths of the remaining dining room. I understand the restaurant is slow and I guess they felt it was appropriate to shut down a particular part of the diner room.
Now, this is what causes me to never return or recommend this restaurant. I’ve actually sat down and dined here a few years back. Service was fantastic, and we felt very welcomed. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable with a waitress before. She was blunt, and unbelievably rude. She acted as if we were coming in to bother her and disrupt the slow moving restaurant. We were there for no more than 10 minutes, and decided to leave. As we’re walking out, she says to my family «So you’re not staying?» I replied «No, sorry we’re leaving.» And then she says, «okay, have a good day.»
I’ve never had a more horrendous experience with the utmost rude staff.
I very rarely visit chain restaurants. This is without a doubt, the absolute worst chain restaurant I’ve ever visited. I just couldn’t let this absolute bad experience be unheard.
This all happened May 24^th, 2015.

This place sucks. I ordered at 9:30 and they say they can’t deliver my order until 2 hours because I order a half hour before they close. Then stop taking orders an hour before you close already and I hated the tone of whoever the hell answered the phone. When I asked why it’d take him so long, his response was not a courteous we had an unexpected high number of orders tonight, he chose to go with because I have got a lot more orders before you that’s why. Never going to order from pizzahut again.
