I hurt my back 11 days ago and I was in some pain even after muscle relaxers and pain meds. I felt like I was walking crooked so I thought a chiropractor might be the way to go. I had never been to one before and was a little nervous. When I called to make the appointment the receptionist was not only friendly but extremely helpful. She even figured out my referral and insurance stuff so I could get in that day. They were extremely nice and informative and when I was finished I felt I was walking better. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I stopped by the office this past Saturday for a quick adjustment. I did a quick online search to double check their hours which appeared to be 9 – 12. I got there about 9:45 and the office was closed. They had summer hours posted on the window which stated Saturday hours were actually 10 – 12. I decided to wait. At around 10:20 there was still no sign of life in the office. Not sure what’s going on. Nothing indicated Saturday was by appiontment only. There’s more than one chiropracter in Rochester. I found another that was able to see me that morning.
