We’ve had excellent customer service, product and installation experiences with this store for the last 10-​ish years. On several occasions it has been the most convenient, cost-​effective way to purchase home appliances. The last time we needed a new dishwasher, and decided to take the opportunity to have them replace our crappy garbage disposal at the same time, everything went very smoothly. They carried the highest rated products in our price range, installed them quickly, and were able to take away our old ones without any hidden added charges.

I just love this store. We’ve bought a mattress and box spring, a refrigerator, a washer and dryer, and an elliptical machine there. Every experience was better than the one before. The staff are such a welcome change from the sales people at the big Sears stores. The staff work very hard to save us money with sales, and discounts.
They pack a lot of items into a small store, which I like it because I don’t feel overwhelmed the way I do at a Sears mall store. They know the products that they do carry.
Every time I’ve been there, the owner has been sitting at the front desk. He has been very reasonable and personable with me. I can well understand that their business is growing; it’s a very relaxing and enjoyable shopping experience.

After a first attempt to deliver our appliances went poorly (the person was rude and refused to use booties or drop cloths to protect our brand new carpets, then left with our appliances to make another delivery), the store owner worked with us to get a better delivery crew and even gave us a nice discount for our troubles. They were able to make things right and we appreciate it.

I never even knew this store was located in Panorama Plaza until I needed a snow blower. Everyone in town was wiped out of inventory and this nice little niche of a store had a couple of models available.
The store itself is a little cramped but it is a really nice place to shop. Because of its size you are not going to have tons and tons of choices to pick from, but I think the selection is quite adequate. It reminds me of the small hometown stores that used to dot the countryside, which have since been gobbled up by the big box stores.
Ultimately the people are what make this store great. Everyone was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I could not ask for more, and it will be one of the first places I go in the future to find my next home appliance and /​or tools.
