Starbucks

As Starbucks go this one meets expectations. It’s in a strip mall on the edge of an enormous parking lot and every time I’m in there it’s busy. The staff has always been quick and made the drinks well, just expect to stand in line for a couple minutes at least.

On the small side but awesome staff. Great coffee.

Small Starbucks but pretty cozy in there. I mean, it’s Starbucks. Apart from the obvious, this review is only based on the staff and customer service.
Staff has always been nice. This one barista always has a good sense of humor (or at least he did because I haven’t seen him in there lately). Once I placed my order and they asked me my name and I said, «Natty.» This dude asks me about the name and true story — I was named after Natty Light by my freshman year college roommate because he couldn’t pronounce my real name for the life of him. The barista was super amused and he replied, «That’s a fantastic story. or should I say a Nattastic story!» Haha.
This was even more funny because my best friend also sometimes calls me Nattastic. Anyways, before this review gets off hand, it’s by far my favorite location of Starbucks.

It’s your standard Starbucks. Some design toward the front. You order in the back. They have the standard drinks as well as all the seasonal fall drinks, pastries, etc. the line moves fast and we were in and out. There’s plenty of parking.

I do love my coffee, and I love it to be it to be rich and fresh roasted. This Starbucks is my favorite location and here is way…
I always get a great parking spot, not sure if not many people know about this location or if its all the parking that’s available.
Now this is not a very large store, there isn’t a lot of tables or places to enjoy your coffee and do work.
But I am here to get my caffeine fix and sometimes to indulge in a sweet treat to go along with it!
Sometimes I just want my simple hot grande cup of dark roast Joe, or it’s hot out and I want a grande caramel frappuccino :) It’s blended so well like a creamy, cool, whipped delightful day in a cup! Guaranteed to fill your caffeine fix and put you in a happy place!
The moist lemon cake with sweet icing is a light tart complement to any hot coffee… so good!

I am not happy with 50% of my coffee orders here. Every other time they make me cappuccino instead of latte I order. It is funny but I can tell it by the weight of the drink and by foam thickness. Also they usually have their paper cups dirty with coffee and with some sticky substances. But fast.

Never had a bad drink here! They always make my coffee and teas perfect! Place is always clean, parking lot is not the greatest.

Really quick and really friendly. The place is one of the nicer starbucks in the area though the location is weird. Wish they had a drive-​thru on Jefferson Rd. The staff is consistently nice and has remembered my order from day to day. For me it’s worth parking and stopping in to get friendly service and a good drink instead of driving thru somewhere else.

The weekday morning crew (@ 7:00 am timeframe) is not friendly or customer service oriented and they WILL mess up your coffee order. I order the exact same coffees every morning but somehow the price increases $ 1+ in 24 hours???
I order the exact same coffees at the Starbucks on Chili Avenue and the cost drops $ 2.00!!!
Ask for a double shot of expresso STEAMED breve (because they don’t know their own product is known as a «flat white» which has been served at Starbucks by that name since 2010), and they serve it cold!!! No smiles from any staff nor friendly greeting when taking your order but plenty of rolling of eyes and talking about customer when they are corrected on an order they mess up! Not to mention the same young girl takes my order every morning that I stop in. What happened to remembering what to charge and how to make it for the regular customers!??
ALWAYS ask for your receipts so when you choose that Starbucks again and order the same exact items and they charge you $ 1+ more! you can show them THEIR OWN RECEIPT from the previous order. Shannon (manager?) does not set a good example for the rest of the employees based on her talking about me to other staff when I corrected her on overcharging me and getting my coffee order incorrect. Bad customer service big time!
If you have time go to the Starbucks on Chili Avenue instead. Incredible customer service whether you drive through or go inside. Great alternative!

Starbucks is always the same… no matter where you go. This one just has a little faster service.

Always, always packed to the gills. Good luck finding a seat on the weekends! However, the crowds mean there are always plenty of baristas whipping those drinks up fast. It is also nice to have a large parking lot to park in vs trying to negotiate your car into a spot next to the asshole in the giant Escalade parked right on the divider line in the parking lot behind Aladdin’s on Monroe Ave

Best Starbucks in Rochester ! Consistent and friendly !

Great service and friendly staff, but the location and set up leave a bit to be desired. The seating is cramped and limited, often there is no available seating, and the tall tables on the side are crowded by the line and people walking to get in line. No drive-​thru, but parking is plentiful. No outdoor seating.

This is a good Starbucks. They have good service and make the drinks right every time. It’s in a strip mall so it’s fairly easy to find parking. Not a bad spot to go when you are in the area, and craving Starbucks!

Quick service and friendly staff, even during the lunchtime crowd. I’ll definitely be back!

Staff is always friendly and the drinks are up quick. This location has NEVER messed up my rather complicated drinks. (Think quad, venti, light ice, soy, no whip, pumpkin spice latte)
