Tried calling to locate an item and was told she was busy and would call me back. Call hours later and get told the same excuse that she is too busy and basically doesn’t have the time to look. Terrible way of conducting business, as a paying customer you’d hope they would make at least somewhat of an effort to accommodate a customer. This is the reason small town stores continue to be replaced, take your business elsewhere.
