Wendy’s

I frequent this location. The customer service is fantasic mainly due to 2 specific employees. Every time I was in Chloe and josh make me feel like family. They know me so well that my order is almost ready when I come in and they are aware of all my allergy restrictions.

This is an older run down location in dire need of a renovation. Last time I went in December 2014 I got take out. Bit into my chicken sandwich and it was covered in bacon. I flipped. I do not eat pork. I contacted the restaurant and got this email:
Judy Hill,
I am so sorry you did not receive the correct sandwich when you came to my Wendy’s Restaurant. I would love to give you the correct sandwich, if you want to call me here at the store (585) 244‑5080 my name is Jim I will be here tomorrow, December 23^rd, from 8am until 7pm. Wednesday I will be here from 8am until 4pm. However if it is more convenient for you, all I require is a mailing address and I can put a coupon in the mail for you. Again I apologize about the mistake and I hope you enjoy the holidays.

I have yet to hear back and it’s now May of 2015. I never got anything and never heard a peep from this guy. We won’t be returning

wow when you review a Wendy’s except for MacDonalds how low can you go. The service awful, the food the same. Why not go to a locally owned business that serves a decent fresh ground round or a Zweigel hot. The younger generation is leaving these dinosaur fast joints at an ever increasing rate. Next we will Unilocal reviews of prepacked Thruway sandwiches. HBF

The only reason I’m not giving this Wendy’s one star is that the girl at window was so nice. 7:30 at night and they had NO salads and no ice for drinks… not good.

I’m not a french fry frosty dipper but I do like a chocolate dairy dessert from time to time, especially if I’ve eaten some really spicy foods. Thanks Wendy’s for putting out the fire!

I go through this Wendy’s frequently and they are almost always fast and get the order correct. They are accommodating to special food orders. Food is usually good but can be sometimes just OK when the fries are too salty or cold.

Since my last review, the woman with ‘sticky fingers’ has left, and they are doing a much better job of serving the customers. Still, it is just fast food, so 3 stars is really the best I can give.
