An insurance mill referring everyone for the most minor things. Their doctors graduate from an online school in St. Martin. Don’t risk your health at this dive with low class doctors dressed in dirty sneakers.

The wait here is forever! And these girls behind the desks are so rude sometimes. Sorry ppl have been sitting here for an hour and would like to know how much longer sorry that you’re annoyed you have to do your job and answer a damn question. And you probably shouldn’t whisper about patients to your coworkers because other patients can hear you dip shit

This is a review only of the urgent care center here. Once I had a 5 star experience, the next time a 1 star one. So 3 stars.
The first time I stepped on a nail. Went right through my Croc shoe and deep into my foot. Hurt ALOT. and the nail was rusty, of course. I came in with the nail and was promptly taken care of. They even called my dr in NYC to confirm i had tetanus shots recently for a trip overseas.
The second time was a few years later. They left me in a treatment room, freezing I might add, for 45 min. I finally went and asked what was going on. I think they forgot about me. And it wasn’t a busy place at that moment. When the dr came in it was a very cursory exam and I left feeling no confidence in it at all.
If I find myself in urgent need in the area id go there, but I’ll follow up with a dr I know ASAP as well.
