This is one of the few honest locally and family owned businesses that gives me encouragement that they do still exist. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The service men they send out are professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable… being able to offer individual solutions for heating and cooling needs. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone for solutions and savings.

I called Reid asking to talk to a salesman. A Melissa answered and said she could help me. I gave her the information and she said she would call me back. A week later, I called and she had forgotten. I had to give her the info again, and she said she would call me back. I called the next day, and she said she hadn’t heard from anyone as if it was my fault. Melissa was completely RUDE from start to finish. I don’t know how long they expect to stay in business with such an unprofessional nitwit! As a member of our large community, I will also be posting this in our 400 home directory!
