Al-Basha Maria Dr

The doctor is really pretty good, but the customer service is AWFUL. I’d seen warnings of their awful customer service on other sites, but I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt. How wrong I was! I’ve called several times over the last few weeks, and I’ve gotten no response when I leave a voicemail, or when I do get a response, I’m bounced around from station to station with extreme rudeness. I’ve never complained about a doctor or doctor’s office before, but this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. If the doctor wasn’t as good as she is, I’d have given up long ago. But now i’m at my wits end and I can’t tolerate anymore of this sophomoric and rude behavior. Time to find a new doctor. :(
