This place has gone down hill considerably since the old manager /​guy that ran the entire operation has left to open his own HobbyTown store. The new manager Brian (young kid) is extremely rude and not kid friendly at all ! They are only friendly now when you are making a purchase ! Selling product that is for older kids to adults to trusting parents for younger youth ! Take the extra time and go to the old managers brand new Hobby Town and get the knowledge that you deserve as parents buying for your kids !

One of the worst stores in the Rockford area. Customer service is awful and controlled by a bunch of immature adolescents. The owner/​manager is as brilliant as a baboon with a learning disability.
Don’t shop at this store!
