Advanced Concrete & Tile Solutions

I actually just purchased a LivingSocial promotion and loved it. They were able to come out to my house the same week. The guys were incredibly thoughtful and really took their time explaining what they were doing to get the best results for my tile and grout. They brought the tile floors back to practically new condition. I told everyone it looked like my tile had a facelift and made it look like it did when we installed it 10 years ago. It had been years since I saw the true color of my grout. I actually got down on my hands and knees with a steel brush and Soft Scrub with bleach and did it by hand a few years ago. I swore I would never do that again, it took weeks and it was such hard work. They were done after a few hours and did my entry way, bathrooms, laundry room and kitchen/​family room. Again, I would recommend Advanced Concrete and Tile Solutions to everyone. I thought they were great to work with and the quality of the work was wonderful. It makes me smile to look down at the floor now.

Received a Living Social deal through them for Christmas. After not 1, not 2, but 6 unanswered messages to this company, I gave up. I emailed them once also with, you guessed it, no response. I would never recommend a company that can’t even get off the couch to at least return a phone call. What is their work like if their follow through is this poor?
