Review edit… I’m very upset with this place now. I came in and said I want to wait for the old man. Thus guy with fluffy hair sat me down, did a quick ok job, and got me all wet… Yea, he splashed my thighs with water, now my leggings are all wet. super uncomfortable. He asked if I want the 20 dollar pedi and I said ok, reluctantly, but did I get that. no, luckily I am pretty out spoken so I am only being charged 18 for basic. last visit I had a guy that spoke no English… You would think that’s a bad thing, but it was great. he didn’t try to speak to me in broken English(very relaxing and quiet) and I have never had such a detailed pedi. usually when I pay 18 to 25 to a pedi they don’t really cut cuticals, file the nails perfectly, clean under all the nails, do a perfect paint job. I was very very impressed. he didn’t massage too long, but on well my feet look great.

I’m very happy with pedicures from Thia, she knows how to work on my toes so as to relieve pain from calluses, the massage and pretty paint job is icing on the cake. When I had my daughter in with me for a pre-swim champs pedicure, Hai gave her art detail on her toes for free… very sweet!

My daughter and I went in for pedis and were happy to finally leave after 1 hour and 45 minutes. The water was scorching hot, and the hot stone massage burned my daughter, but the technician laughed about it. My cuticles were shoved back so hard for so long, I had to check if I was bleeding. The technician who spoke English suggested I get my eyebrows waxed so I could ‘see where they are’ because I am blond. No thanks. When all was done, she wanted to charge me the upgraded charge, because the older lady didn’t understand that we had only wanted the basic pedis(even though we both said it and pointed to the service on their list). The only reason I give it 2 stars is that our toes look good, but it was a weirdly depressing experience. Oh, and air conditioning would be nice when it’s 100 degrees out — one fan just isn’t comfortable. And my chair was not working, so I had a bar sticking into my back the whole time.

I went here just the other day,. The people were friendly, prices were great, most of the time they spoke english. But during my manicure the man stood over the lady and I which was a little awkward. I had a scab on one of my fingers and when she was doing my nails she went over it… made it bleed… got blood on there tools… didn’t clean them. sorry for the person after me. when just about done while drying one hand she directed my other to the little fun… the way she did it it bumped one of my wet nails and caused a blemish. I pointed it out to her… she said«you bumped it»…ummm.no you did. Overall… because they speak english I was going to go back. But 1 day later and my nails look horrible. will not be going back for a fill. this is ridiculous. didnt spend $ 25 on them to have them look like this immediately. Oh, and as I was leaving they made a nice comment about my eye brows and how bushy they were.

It’s a small little place that can easily be overlooked, but deserves attention! Today was my first visit & I am a very satisfied customer. I popped in around 2:45pm on a Sunday & there were only two other customers. Hai & her husband were the only two on staff. Hai was working on the other customers, so her husband started my pedicure & he was great! I opted for the #4 pedicure option which is a 25 minute massage, foot scrub, gel, parrafin, hot stone rub & paint for $ 40(I could be forgetting some things that were included). It was all done for a good length of time(in fact I think the massage was a bit longer than 25 min!) & my nails look great. The thing that caught me most was when Hai took over after finishing with her other customers, she introduced herself & asked for my name. She is genuinely interested in her customers & giving them a quality of service that is well worth the money. I don’t think I’ve ever been able to say that about any of the larger, noisier nail salons. It is a small salon, with two nail tables & four pedicure stations. So at peak times it would be smart to make an appointment.

This place used to be great! I recently came in for a pedicure. There was only one person available and he didn’t speak English. So every time I had a question, he called a lady on his cell phone to talk with me. I felt bad for him. The pedicure was good. They spent a long time on my toes and did a great job polishing my nails. But they used the pumice stone to roughly. Overall, good pedicure, weird experience.

I thought this nail salon would be decent since it’s in a newer strip mall in Rocklin. When I walked in, the salon was empty except for one male nail tech. I was happy since I didn’t have to wait, but it was also extremely awkward since it was just us two people in there! He did make me bleed on a few of my fingers and this was just a manicure! Not acrylic. The reason why I am giving this place one star is because halfway through my manicure, the guy got up to go to the bathroom. I heard him flush the toilet and he was out the door. HEDIDNOTWASHHISHANDS! Then he started working on my nails again. YUCK! It made me laugh when I saw that someone mentioned in another Unilocal review that this place is really clean! Well, I don’t consider cleanliness as getting another man’s business all over my hands! I will never go back to this place just for that reason. Just disgusting.

Horrible nail shop! Made an appointment and still had to wait 25+ minutes to be serviced, without an apology. Pedicure wa awesome, but the male nail tech was HORRIBLE! He made my nails bleed and laughed when I said ouch. The other girls I was there with said he also cut them and made them bleed. I have never had such awful treatment by a nail tech. I won’t be returning and I advise everyone to easy away!

Loved, loved, LOVED this place and the staff! My first impression was great: promptly seated to get started on my pedicure, my mani/pedi turned out awesome, polite staff and great customer service. It’s near the Rocklin library and RUSD district office. They’re running a 20% off special on their services that’s good June-July.

One of the cleanest and nicely decorated nail salons I have ever encountered. I’m usually use to to dingy nail salons in the bay area, but while visiting relatives out in Sacramento, I stumble upon this cute and quaint salon. I was surprised to see how spacious this place was when i stepped inside. The decorations on the wall were filled with paintings that the owner of the salon actually painted herself. What was amazing to me was that the price for a mani and pedi was just about the same as it is at the questionable nail salons that i usually go to. Service was great and the manicurist was very friendly. This place is definitely a secret gem within Rocklin.
