Girls! What happened to the senior members of your team? This early Saturday morning has left us disappointed at our neighborhood Starbucks. We have always appreciated the experienced managers here, but they seem to be gone now. This morning, the exchange between two baristas was a bit unprofessional and they were out of bagels?! At 6am? Bagels were«still frozen and needed thawing». I feeling melancholy as I ponder the future of businesses, like this Starbucks, which were once exuding with excellent customer service, but making personnel choices that degrading the customer experience. Sad, in a way.

I usually stop by here a couple times a week and these baristas here just have so much character and charisma. However, If I lived nearby I would always come to this location! Everyone here is great, just top notch service! Shoutout to the closing crew they took wonderful care of me even though they were closing up shop, which is always nice because I felt bad coming in right before they close. Thank you Jason and Hailey you guys rock! You both made the holiday season extra sweet. :)

Best Starbucks on the block! It like I’m here more than I’m at home! Fast service, friendly smiles, funny jokes and good coffee what more could someone ask for

Awesome service! Very friend and fast. Fastest location in the area. Jason and Henley gave great service. Tip them well!

Nice Starbucks; very slow service. Seems like the baristas are goofing around – meanwhile, several people have been waiting for their drinks for more than 5 minutes despite it not being busy.

Just your average Starbucks. I stopped here since it was conveniently close by the Rocklin High School for a soccer tournament. Not really a great place to do work or hang out because of the really small tables that are right next to each other. The service was alright too but at least they spelt my name right! They have outside tables too that are larger that most of the ones inside. Great place to get a quick drink between games.

I have had a bad experience here every time I come here lately. I rarely come here but sometimes I’m in the area so I go ahead and give them another chance. However after going today, I won’t go back. I was going to get a drink and a food item. I reloaded my card then didn’t even have a chance to tell her I wanted food, she didn’t even ask if I wanted anything else. I told the lady that I had a discount and that I would like to get a bagel as well. She then proceeded to void the transaction and then swiped my card with my discount. At this point, I was very frustrated and went to another, more reliable Starbucks for my bagel.

This star bus is small but as usual the coffee is really good. The problem was when I went there once and I asked for a drink one of the workers did not know what it was and I had to look it up and show them how to make the drink.

This was a good Starbucks. Kind of small but not shabby. If you’re coming between 730 and 9am, there will be about a million high schoolers. Which begs the question– when did kids start drinking coffee? I know I’m an old man now, but when I was in HS I only got $ 5 total for lunch– when in gods good green earth did parents start giving their kids $ 5 for a morning latte? Anyway… I digress. The only bad thing about this place is that they don’t have reduced fat cream cheese. I’ve figured out this is a Starbucks issue. Some carry it and some don’t. I work from home… And that means Starbucks a lot! I was really impressed that the lady who gave me my coffee at 8am remembered my name for my refill at 1100 am. That’s impressive! I can’t remember a persons name the second after they tell me. Good vibe here.

Well… It’s convenient but I think I’m about done. The morning guy Spencer, I just don’t understand how a customer service job is suited for him. I say good morning, he says nothing, I say how are you today, he replies fine. Aren’t you suppose to say with a happy tone, how are you back? He just doesn’t care. I really don’t get it. He’a unfriendly, never smiles and never speaks. When I say thank you after he gives me my drink, he says nothing! The girls however, are really sweet and friendly. Yeah for the girls!

I use this drive thru a couple mornings a week, due to its location. Maybe its just me, but it seems like the drive thru is a little slower than some others I’ve been to. However, the staff is always friendly and very nice. I can’t say anything bad about my experience. I’ve also noticed a ‘pay it forward’ trend with this location, where cars pay for the car behind them. Nice people here.

Great staff here, always friendly and fun, and they make an effort to learn the names and drinks of their regulars. Definitely the best Starbucks in the area

What is it with the morning crew at this shop? Everyone seems so slow, tired, disinterested, unmotivated, unhappy… you get the picture. I have been to Starbucks all across the country and in so many foreign locations and the one thing that has been consistent has been the positive, upbeat attitude of the crews working there. Definitely not my happy place when those who work here seem so unhappy. :-(

Not too much seating, and definitely not enough powerplugs, but the staff is usually friendly and helpful.

Asked for a venti triple skinny hazelnut latte and the cashier looked at me kinda weird, then hid the cup as he wrote on it. I should have known right then and there that he was new and didn’t know what I meant by skinny, I got a grande hazelnut latte. The barista was super nice about fixing it. I felt bad for her, she had to fix three of his screw ups in the time I was waiting for my drink. I know it’s hard to be the new kid though. This Starbucks always seems to be pretty busy. I went in this morning thinking that I’d be in and out of there(I was running late) and the line was pretty long. P. S. The picture shows a drive thru, there isn’t one.

I come to this Starbucks because they’re near where I have a work meeting once a month. They are always friendly, have tons of events on their community board, and ALWAYS make my drink right.

Did you know you can order french press coffee at Starbucks? I never knew it until I came here. Takes four minutes but tastes divine. It’s okay because this is the kind of Starbucks that encourages sitting around and reading or meeting with friends. I love the energy in this shop, the staff is attentive and generous. They gave(gave!) me a CAMBRO for a school fundraiser, which is a large hot water dispenser, without a fee or deposit, and they even had it ready for me with boiling water in it. I want to give special props to Cynthia Langston who leads a great team, as well as my friend Mindy, because well, she’s my friend and she is a devoted worker so she deserves it. Stop by, they truly stand out from your average neighborhood Starbucks!
