I actually enjoy the food, if you want delivery, forget it. No matter what time you call, you’ve missed the boat. Call at 845, cutoff is 830. Call at 829, cutoff is 830, call at 815, cutoff is 8oo, cutoff is 730. Don’t wast your time. Typical greeks, lazy as cattle

It’s a shame, I love the food but can’t stand the rudeness. So as of tonight I’m done with this place. Just seconds after I finished ordering my food I was told in a peremptory manner to step away from the counter and stand against the wall. Someone should tell this lady(who I assume is the owner) that a little tact goes a long way. She should stop treating her customers like they are on a prison chow line.

The worst employees and customer service ever. The food is good, but just me going in there and picking up a to go order was a HORRIBLEEXPERIENCE. Not a single person smiled or greeted me with any sense of integrity at all. Everyone just looked frustrated and annoyed when I walked in instead of grateful that I’m about to walk in and hand you money. Total jerks. Just because of the bad experience with the employees, I will not be going back and will be sure to tell everyone else in RVC not to go back either. Got take out from here on Friday for the family. We were really looking forward to having something Greek and this place came through big time. The service was very fast. Despite being busy, i still got my food within 15 minutes of ordering. As for the food. yum. 1 Chicken and 1 pork kabob with delicious rice pilaf and the best yogurt sauce i have ever had at any establishment bar none. The spinach pie was beyond belief good. The kids got burger and grilled cheese and it was nice for everyone. I will be back when graving my next Grecian meal. After eating here i felt great and just want to yell that this food is pure Sparta!

The food isn’t horrendous, but I’ll tell you what is… The customer service. Particularly the owner. Manager maybe? I don’t know. But she’s the disgruntled woman behind the counter barking orders. They screwed up a couple orders, and upon calling and speaking with her, she was always quick with an attitude and dismissive. Most recently, my husband and I ordered two Greek salads chopped. After my husband gave the boy behind the counter our orders(it was for takeout), he heard the same woman tell the boy specifically NOT to prepare our order the way we asked for it, and she followed that up by saying«what, do they want us to chew it for them also?» This is beyond unprofessional. We are allowed to prefer our salads chopped if we want. We are paying THEM to prepare food to our liking … And considering the quality of their food, it’s food that is horribly over priced. Needless to say, that was, and will be, our last trip to Greek Town. If you’re in RVC, gyros and heroes has way better food, and WAY nicer staff.

My falafel patties last night were so burnt I could barely believe it. I mean, the place is called«Greek Town.». You would think they could cook falafel patties without burning them. Spanikopita was good though.

Went on a Monday after work and place was packed! Usually get take out but dined — in; food is always fresh and delicious, food comes out fast, and staff is attentive even during busy times. Will definitely be returning for that Greek salad with grilled chicken, spanakopita, and tiropita! Fairly priced too.

Do not order Party Goddess! We ordered chicken shish kebab which turned out to be a 9 inch tin of cut up chicken– no skewers and no veggies According to the menu it serves 6 – 8 people but it was barely enough for 3. When we called about the size of the order and lack of skewers they stated that their shish kebab doesn’t come on skewers or with any vegetables. Apparently you have to order grilled vegetables separately. Clearly very misleading menu. Keep in mind that when the order was placed none of this was clarified and we were assured that each Party Goddess was enough for at least 6 people. When we picked up the food they were very unorganized initially leaving out 2 bags from our order. Once we got home and saw the portion sizes, we called to discuss this with the manager and was told that no one with authority there spoke English. We ended up ordering additional food from one of their competitors which was fabulous!

Average food & like all other Rockville Centre restaurants you are paying 20 to 30% more because of the uppity area and obscenely high Nassau County taxes. Lastly… WHYDOSOMANYGREEKRESTAURANTSHAVEREALLYBRIGHTLIGHTSONYOUWHILEYOUEAT? Save a few bucks on your electric bill and lower your lights. It’s not a dental office !

This restaurant is great. For lunch I would pick up a chicken souflaki sandwich. The greek salad is great. The servers are very friendly. Coupons are sent in the mail.

Catered order for 14 arrived barely warm, missing dolmas, chicken and pork kabobs unacceptably dry, spinach pies and pitas heavy and greasy. Owner defensive and still has not credited me for missing dolmas. Sorry but we’ve crossed this place off our list of acceptable, reasonably priced places in Rockville Centre.

The food is okay… on the plain side but adequate. Watch the staff when you pay. I told them that I wanted to pay by credit and the young girl at the counter gave me some garbage about the machine only allowing her to do debit. She said there was nothing she could do about it. Total crap and bad attitude. Won’t be back.

I ordered take out here because I was killing time before a nearby Dr. s appt. The food came out fast, so I sat at one of the 9 empty tables and ate my soup. The woman came over to me and wanted me to take a plate so «they didn’t look like idiots, not serving a customer.» Then, the other waitress asked me to change to a smaller table. I left. SORUDE!!! Not worth it. Will never go back.

Yuck! I usually visit an establishment twice before I write a review… but I can’t imagine going here again. The place wasn’t full, but the service was slow, almost going backwards. the waitress acted like she was doing us a favor by taking our order. The lentil soup, bland. Lemon chicken soup. OK, other apps nothing to come back for. Very salty… which made the service seem worse, because the waitress wasn’t around to offer more water or drinks. I didn’t think a lamb shank could be flavorless. I was proven wrong. Avoid this place if you are in the RVC/Oceanside area, so much better Greek food around.

I really was disappointed by this establishment. I’ve eaten from here before and I just didn’t like it. My wife dragged me back and finally she too has given in. The food is mediocre at best. I have no idea how they have stayed open. I counted 8 staff members doing absolutely nothing the entire time I was there and the rest of the staff was eating more food that was sold in the hr I spent here. Food was bland and boring. No flavor at all. Found a hair in my wife’s spinach pie and I was still charged for it. I still paid without a complaint bc there clearly pathetic. Certain circumstances call to be shrugged off but I will certainly be telling friends and family to stay away.

I have dined in and taken out her, and this is my favorite Greek restaurant on the south shore. The food is always great and the servers are very quick with both food and drink. Even ordering takeout the food and service have been great. Definitely recommend.

I ordered take out today and I wasn’t impressed. We got two falafel sandwiches and a gyro. They looked so boring! Iceberg lettuce, white onion, and pale tomatoes. The saying goes«you eat with your eyes». Some other Greek restaurants that I’ve been to will make their gyros with some red onion, lettuce blend, feta cheese etc. which make the sandwiches at least visually more appealing. The biggest problem was that they forgot to put tahini on the falafels, which is as bad as a cheeseburger without ketchup or sushi without soy sauce! The falafel itself was a bit too soggy and the gyro meat was a bit rubbery. Neither were terrible, but at the same time nothing was great. Seriously, forgetting the sauce for the falafel made horrible first impression on me. I don’t think that I’ll be coming back.

I’ve always loved this place, but now I feel like I’ve found some other greek places I like better. Their soup: don’t miss out, get it — the Chicken Egg lemon — it’s delicious! Their gyro meat is delicious, and the gyro it’s self is pretty standard. The greek salad is kinda where I’d opt for another greek place. I can’t pinpoint what’s not great about it, I’ve just had better.

I was craving a good Greek Salad so I figured it was a great time to try out the local Greek restaurant in my town. I asked if I could omit some items from the salad(radishes and dill). I was informed that I couldn’t because the salad is premade. How hard is it to put together this salad that they have to premake it? Anyway, I was starving at this point so I agreed to order it anyway. I got home and prepared to dig in. It was basically a ton of lettuce with a few pieces of everything else. It did not taste authentic at all either. Terrible. It cost around $ 10, too. I essentially paid $ 10 for a bowl of lettuce. The only plus was that the salad was served with 2 pieces of pita. Never again. I’d rather make the salad at home.
