We have been using Edna’s for a number of years now — I would guess 8 or so. Have always been very happy w the customer service and quality of work. As others note, the parking is good too. Can always pull up right in front, which is really convenient when one has a lot of clothing to carry in. Employees are friendly, helpful and know you.

Ever since we moved to Rockville 20 years ago, we have used Edna’s. It is a neighborhood place where they quickly learn your name. They have convenient hours, good location with plenty of parking and provide quality work. Several times I have taken items with difficult stains and they almost always manage to get rid of the stains. We also get our pants hemmed by their seamstress. I highly recommend Edna’s for all your drycleaning and laundry needs.

Meh, our cleaner recently closed. In the search for a new one, I gave Edna’s a try. Shirts were poorly done with the collar button bent open from the automatic pressing machine. Premium pricing (which is ok), non-​premium laundry and dry cleaning, which is not.

I requested same day service on a few items Zips could not clean. Not only did they clean my items well, but their customer service was top notch too. I’ll definitely be using them in the future.

I took my clothes there once last week and I was not happy…
They are overpriced and besides black fuzzes on my white dress shirts, I found a BUG in my dress pants!

Excellent work, clleaners pockets of lint and got collars cleaned. No excuses, just clean clothes. This place is much more expensive than the one price cleaner down the street, but the quality is there.

I have had my shirts, suits dry cleaned/​laundered for nearly 50 years at multiple locations in various locales. I wear a fresh dress shirt 5 – 6 times per week.
Edna’s is simply the best by leaps and bounds

Clothing is perfectly done, and the staff always makes extra efforts to please or address any special requirements.
I have never had an item misplaced,
I have been a loyal customer for 6 years and counting.

Good quality, good hours, good quality work, located on Rockville Pike with a lots of parking spaces and they are quick. They are inexpensive compared to the other companies that will try to rob you blind, but not cheap because their work quality is so fine. I’ve gotten coats, suits, dresses all cleaned. This is the only place that I hem all my jeans for $ 7!
Right as you walk in, they hear the chime, and are ready to serve you. They even have candy out by the registers!
Drop off your things, take your green slip, and come back on the date to pay. So simple. Must go!

I use them regularly because of convenient location. No wow stories but never a problem either. Items always ready when promised, cleaned, pressed, right starch. I have no idea how prices compare because they are only cleaners I have used for many years

I tried this place out recently, it seemed like a good place. The people were not overly friendly, but not really unfriendly either.
I got a suit and comforter cleaned for a total of ~$ 40, so take it for what it is worth. They both came out clean and had no problems, but this is the only time I have used them. I’ll go back, unless I have problems.
Long story short, based on a limited sample size, they seem to be good.

Edna’s is just wonderful — professional, efficient, reliable. Their prices are very reasonable, compared to the other cleaners that I’ve used. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 is because I’m coming from Bethesda and traffic is such a problem on Rockville Pike that I have to plan my trips to Edna’s carefully to avoid rush-​hour and weekend traffic congestion.
