I would not recommend Dr. Donahue in any way. She did a custody evaluation for my family. She didn’t return calls from attorneys. The case had to be rescheduled for two months later because she wasn’t prepared, despite her stating she could complete her evaluation on time. In spite of the extra time, she didn’t even call collaborative witness until one or two weeks from trial date. Her written report should have been available to the attorneys weeks prior to the date so the clients could prepare. Instead it was received only days prior. She ignored compelling concerns I had for my children’s safety and well being… mouse feces in my daughter’s room at her dad’s house, my daughter being allowed to go nude at his house (at age 7 with a 10 year old brother), their father urinating in containers, feeding them junk and convenience foods, taking them to his mother’s home where his brother lives and uses crack, my daughter covered in bug bites until I had to take her to the doctor, there are many, many more examples. My ex paid for the evaluation, so everything I said was ignored and she recommended ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ custody. (Also knowing my ex had been abusive to me.) Never go to this woman!
