Premier Floors

We had our existing hardwood family room floor sanded and refinished (a large area). No prior carpeting. just area rugs.
This Company was the most professional Company that we called for an estimate. Everything worked out the way Premier promised. It was a very neat job, and the floor-​men were very nice. There was a temporary odor, but it is not toxic. This is a professional Company to work with, and I would definitely recommend them.

Premier Floors did an excellent job repairing my hardwood floor that was damaged due to a plumbing problem. The technician was skillful, courteous and did a terrific job! I would recommend their services for dependable professional work.

If I could give negative stars I would. This company came highly recommended but I have no idea why.
They were hired to refinish my 1949 hardwood parquet floors. They told me they could remove all the substantive wear and have them looking like new.
I was excited to come home after having to be out of my place for three days only to find they placed putty in between dozens of parquet fingers and left circular scracthes all over my floors. They also damaged my walls, radiator, and electrical box.
They came back two more times to fix all the damages and, after failing miserably, had the nerve to claim the putty and scratches were there originally
I got so tired of dealing with them I went ahead and hired another company to fix the problems.
