They were considerate and caring. I applaud their professional demeanor. I would certainly recommend them to all my family and friends.

They did not check my insurance co-pay and just simply billed me for a larger amount. After the insurance paid them they never rebilled me, instead they just sent it straight to collections and credit reporting. After I discover this they said they did not want to review it, but would call me back if they can find my account… huh –they can’t find my account? Then, my doctor says the image resolution is too poor and he cannot make a determination. He said Open MRI is not recommended for tissue imaging. A ‘one’ star is too generous for these guys!

They were able to schedule me the last day of the year so I wouldn’t have to make a copay. Very considerate and I recommend them!

The absolute worst experience from booking on — and I never even made it to the facility! That should show how terrible my experience was… I called three weeks ago to book an upright MRI and called regularly, along with my doctors office as I am in critical condition, to get the soonest available appointment. I was told upon the first phone call that they only had one available appointment for contrast in the next month(so until November) and then I was told only one location offered upright. I was willing to go to Illinois and I live in Northern Virginia… that’s how desperate I am for this scan, and I was willing to go to any of their locations at any date. So I called multiple days a week for cancelations and the stories and procedures changed EVERY time I called. This is the most disorganized, rude, poorly run medical facility I have ever been to, and I have been to many. The MORNING of my appointment, an hour before I’m supposed to be there(mind you, I live over an hour away and was already on the road driving there) they called to cancel my long awaited«emergency» three week booked MRI because they didn’t have a technician. Or a doctor. Then they weren’t sure when they would be available to «add» the doctor on to the schedule to reschedule my appointment. I’m sorry. What part of critical condition, I should have gotten a scan three weeks ago don’t you understand? The rudest staff I have ever dealt with who have no empathy for patients and shouldn’t be working in the medical field. Don’t waste your time.

They FORGOT to invoice my insurance company and therefore were not paid. They did not contact me, but sent me to COLLECTIONS! 7 on your side, here I come! This, plus other actions prove a poorly managed operation. Run away. Fast.

Just there, and while the people are certainly friendly: The facility is not pictured in these photographs(That would be a place I’d like to use!) Horribly run down A 20 minute procedure required 2HOURS of my time And my little cherry on top — due to lack of clerical attention, I had to schedule a second appt which will require waiting an additional 3 weeks(in pain) if I’m going to use this facility again… Hopefully, I will not have to!!!
