Worst so called property management company I have ever dealt with! My mother has been living in one of their properties for 3 years, that they recently purchased, and never had any problems until they took over. Last night her vehicle was towed due to the fact the manager did not inform all tenants they needed new parking stickers and most of them found out from word of mouth. I called the apartment complex office only to keep getting a voicemail also stopped by and no one in the office. Called this so called management company and spoke with Penny «regional manager» and she was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! Told me she didn’t know why I was calling because nothing would be done and she does not know what I am expecting. I said the least you all could do is apologize, she then says for what? We are not apologizing because your mother’s vehicle was towed, she should have gotten her sticker like the rest of the tenants. I then tried to explain she along with other neighbors did not receive notification and she then said how do you know? You don’t stay there! I also asked who was over the company or who would I file a complaint with and she stated I don’t know! You can tell whomever you would like! So… if anyone is thinking of moving i would definitely make sure they are NOT the management company and look elsewhere. Oh i forgot to mention while at the apartment complex they had the OLD parking notification posted from the previous manager that was dated 5-​22-​2015 by the mailboxes. If i could rate them a zero i would!!! They don’t even deserve one star! $ 300 tow bill for one night due to lack of communication from the apartment manager.
