Been waiting for an hour and 30 minutes for delivery. I called to ask and was told that my food was just now cooked. Didn’t ask my name nor address and was hung up on. Customer service is lacking.

Decent toppings, flavorless crust. Better than most chains, but it’s overpriced. Online coupons cannot be used for delivery (even though it does not state that on the website). Fairly quick delivery.

This place is under-​rated! Just moved to the area and have been here twice. It is definitely consistent. They happily accommodated my kids picky special orders. The pizza is delicious. We had them make a plain Alfredo pizza and it was yummy. The Greek salad with sun dried tomatoes was delicious. The dining room is cozy. I like that you can grab a menu, sit down think it over then order at your convenience. Great service, we didn’t have to wait long at all for our food to be ready.

Love this place! The food, service, BYOB, and atmosphere are about the best if its kind! It could be for families or a quiet date; you chose. Hubby & I, & friends too, have been to all 3 in our area & have not been disappointed ONE TIME! Look for coupons on the web, they ALWAYS have them available!

I usually love Mogios but the service is making me rethink.

I love the pizza at mogios, staff are friendly mostly the Hispanic young lady that works there I love there food. I recommend this place very good food is worth paying the money.

This is the best gluten free pizza in Dallas! I have tried many g-​free pizzas all over and this one definitely tastes the best. I would choose this place over any others in Rockwall.

Pizza is ok… I had a bad owner/​manager (not sure what he was) experience. He was pretty rude when I tried to use a coupon that they sent out. Gave me a hard time knowing I was a new customer. The coupon in the mail was the only reason I even knew they existed. Not smart… not super convenient to me either but I will go OUT OF MY WAY FOR GOOD PIZZA! I have many a times driven to Zukos in Rowlett and Sammees in Rockwall is soooo good with AWESOME service all the time so why bother?

Best pizza in rockwall althought the crust is a little flat and light and doesn’t support the toppings very well all the delivery people are nice and mogios never misses an order or mixes anything up the manager is a kind hearted Italian guy really friendly and personable

One of my favorite pizza places of all time! Delicious, fresh food… friendly and nice people. They never mess up what we order and I ask for no cheese and they always remember that and I appreciate it. My favorite is the susans favorite pizza, my husband likes the gyros and the salads. Everything has been delicious! Cute and charming restaurant if you decide to eat in the restaurant. YUM

Not wanting to cook and go out in the ice storm we decided to order from here after researching on line for gluten free crusts. $ 32 later our decision is weighing heavy on our stomachs. We have eaten pizza in many states and this place ranks as number one for «Worst Tasting Pizza». I ordered a calzone with regular crust. The crust was tasteless. Either they do not make the crust in house or someone forgot to add salt when making it. It was horrible. The ham and pepperoni had a strange flavor or shall I say non fresh flavor. My husband ordered the meat lovers gluten free crust and I’m pretty sure that one is ordered in. But it was the same for that crust. TASTELESS!
Save your money and stomachs. There are 100 times more better pizza places in Rockwall.
The delivery guy was very friendly. He is the only reason this place deserves one star.

I’ve lived in Fate for 4 years and was about to order a pizza from my «usual pizza place», when I decided I would check their reviews on Unilocal. (I was in a review checking mood last night when my teen informed me that he didn’t want to go out for dinner and wanted pizza delivered. Sigh!) So I checked out the reviews for «the other place» and read where someone saw a dead rat in the restaurant. Ickkkkkk! Time to find a new pizza place that delivers! That’s when I came across Mogio’s.
First off, I was pleasantly surprised when they said they would deliver to Fate but a bit disappointed when they said delivery would take one hour. I guess I was spoiled with the 30 minute delivery time from the other place. True to their word, they showed up in exactly one hour. The pizza was just OK. What disappointed me the most was that it was just barely warm by the time it was delivered. They also had a minimum delivery charge of $ 15 (even though I ordered an extra large pizza), so I added an order of wings (which I didn’t need), and ended up spending $ 24 before the tip. Suffice it to say, I won’t be ordering from this place again. Will have to keep looking for another pizza place that delivers to Fate. :-(

I have to preface this with saying that we just moved here from Little Italy in Chicago, so I have pretty high expectations. The pizza was ok… the crust was pretty good and the sauce was good. The sausage was most likely frozen and you could tell. We paid extra for spinach and there were a few leaves. The side salad was large, but mostly iceburg lettuce with a few tomato slices and cucumber slices and quite a few croutons. My husband and I don’t go out much, as we have a 1 year old, and we were both a little disappointed. Pizza was good but nothing to write home about. It probably won’t get a second visit from us. I will say that the desserts looked pretty good, but we didn’t get any while we were there…

Great food but i agree with previous post about the employees. They did act like they didn’t want to be there and i was this bad person for making them do there job.

Food is very good and their prices reflect it! A little high for my liking. I agree that the staff is miserable! Especially the young female who works the register.

Great pizza. But the staff acts like they hate being there. That is such a turn off to me to act like I put someone out by being there. The owner was talking to the girl and she just had such a discussed look on her face.

Absolutely delicious pizza! I love the «Mediterranean.»
The crust is thin and tasty on its own; the toppings are fresh and cooked to perfection. Overall, it’s a scrumptious, yet light, pie that fills you with freshness; not the grease from processed sauce and cheese from larger chains.
It’s an awesome local joint that’s worth checking out; great prices, too! This is my go-​to pizza joint when I’m not specifically craving Campisis’ goodness.
