I have been to this location a couple of time and the service is usually pretty good. Today I went in and was told that two boxes were $ 32 and $ 27 to mail. Neither package weighed 5 pounds. All they would quote were express pricing. No normal ground etc. Their excuse was «we are a courtesy service». Wrong answer! This is their business. I went to the UPS store and for delivery on Thursday what she was quoting was $ 14.11 and $ 10.89. Big difference between 32 and 14.11 and then $ 27 and 10.89. I won’t be going back. The sad thing about this is that I tried to use «mom and pop shops» because we are being forced out by the current establishments. This company will do it on their own.

They’ve been helpful to me in shipping, as well. Professionalism, a neat and clean store, and good people. Has everything you need in a local shipping and printing store.
