Very good and personable service, lovely woman went above and beyond to help me get 2 pre-paid packages sent. So wonderful to have this store re-opened with new owner. We needed a postal center again on this side of town and now we have it!

Wow! Big change, I’m glad I took the chance to stop by again; in years past the service was so horrible I couldn’t dare go in but with the line so long at the post office I took a chance and was I impressed. The place is clean, the people are friendly and they have earned me back as a new customer again. Whoever took over the postal center — thank you, we need this.

This place changed ownership recenty and boy can you tell the difference — I dropped of a package, sent documents internationally and bought stamps in less time than it takes to buy a book of stamps at the post office. The staff are friendly and helpful and the place is clean again. This end of town needs a place like this.

Terribly sad that the owner sent me an email stating that he didn’t like my review. No one else charges to drop off a pre-paid package. UPS has this location as a drop off. You not only asked for a fee to leave it by the door but you were hateful and rude! I don’t care because I will never go there again and have found another place in Rockwall that dose not charge a fee and they are very nice. Note: if you don’t want to have people drop their pre paid packages off perhaps you should take that up with UPS!

I don’t go to send out packages because I’m looking for a friendly face – I go to get things done quickly and be on my way. RHPC does exactly that, and then some. The owner’s bedside manner might not be cozy, but he gets things done quickly and correctly the first time. I’ve been going there for years and will continue to. Paying extra to get my packages sent without having to wait in any lines is worth every penny. Additionally, once you get to know the staff a bit, they’re actually very friendly. I have been there while other people come in and expect the staff to bend over backwards for pennies. I don’t expect that, and I don’t get treated poorly. I go, I ship, I pay, I leave. Works out for everyone.

I have gone to this place for years and they have always had horrible customer service. It seems a little better but not great by any means. They have seen a decrease in sales and that is impacting their bottom line so now they are charging customers for drop offs. Basically, their business is bad so they are putting the costs back on the customer. If they focused their efforts on customer service, marketing, and gave the building a make over then maybe their sales wouldn’t be so bad. I feel like I am doing them a service just by going into their building and using their company. There are plenty of FedEx drop off places that I could use and not have to go into this place. But I’m trying to give business back to my local community.
