Great adjustment from Dr. Payne. I feel so much better just after one adjustment. He was very friendly and so was the staff. It felt like I had known him for years. I highly recommend Rockwall Injury and Rehab.

I Injured my back in a car accident. Went to this clinic and they were Excellent. Staff was very friendly and Dr. Payne was great and figured out exactly what was wrong. HE was able to get me back feeling great a lot sooner than I expected. Every appointment I went to was a great experience. I would recommend anyone to visit their clinic!
