We had good service at the bar at lunch. My well-done petite steak with mushrooms and my husband’s rare triple prime burger came medium were tasty and came with lots of fries. The ice cream sundae with brownie was okay. The fresh salad bar was well stocked, the waitress brought us crackers with it since we didn’t want the cheese biscuits. Bathrooms were clean.

Stopped off here on our way to Raleigh. Typically we avoid chains, but we went with a known commodity this time. Most of the reviews were pretty poor, but our experience was fine. Food arrived promptly and was well prepared. Service was attentive and friendly. Place was very clean and easy to find off Hwy 64.

I wish I didn’t have to give a star, because I would give them 0 stars. Food and Service was horrible. We literally had to have someone from our group get up to seek a waitress out to get more refills. In addition to that, we were never asked if the food came out okay(which it didn’t), nor were we given any of our condiments that we asked for until we had to get up and flag our waitress down to ask for the condiments again. The waitress was not friendly. No smiles, no greeting and like I mentioned before, not attentive at all. The only interest she showed at our table was when we asked for a box. As soon as we asked for a box, she asked if we were ready for the check and came back seconds later with the check and the box. She wanted to get us out of there. We felt like we were a burden from the moment we sat down, and no one should feel like that when entering into an establishment to eat. In addition to all that I’ve mentioned above, when we sat down, there was a brown napkin sitting on the floor next to our booth since we walked in.(In addition to other little pieces of trash sitting under a chair as you will see in the picture posted). Do you know that no one stopped to pick up that napkin?! Waitresses/the hostess literally stepped over this napkin without stopping to pick it up(not to mention stopping to ask how we were faring during our duration of sitting there). Horrible, horrible experience. So much different than what I remembered it being a year ago. Another restaurant to check off of my list in this town.

Ruby Tuesday’s is one of my favorite restaurants. This was probably the worst of not to two worst experiences at a Ruby Tuesday’s. The staff was very friendly, however, I walked in to a half greet. Sat at the bar and was promptly welcomed by the bartenders, but then had to ask for a menu and silverware and salt and pepper and the cheese biscuits(which never came, it happens, I understand, I don’t feel entitled to cheese biscuits, it was just the cherry on top). My steak was undercooked and then overcooked, but it tasted great, even well done. The salad bar was lacking, tomatoes were either old or froze sitting out there and there were missing condiments. Overall, this was by far not my worst experience in a restaurant, by far. I would still choose here over others, but in comparison to other ruby Tuesday’s…not awesome

In most US cities, Ruby Tuesday is a rather upscale fern bar and a good place to eat with a friendly wait staff. At this location, the service is poor or non existent, limited to a waiter/waitress unfamiliar with the food or beverage offerings bringing food and asking perhaps once, in an insincere manner as they walked by, if «everything was ok» Forget the helpful water refill. To be fair, the food is better than average; the surf and turf special was great while it lasted, and the blackened fish and burgers have always been good. On occasion, the food has come out lukewarm; nothing worse than a good hot sauce congealed from sitting too long .Most of their specialty sauces are delicious. The vaulted salad bar has seen better days. Desserts are good. The ambiance here is Old Navy parking lot with blinds wide open to enhance the«view». I have never seen a manager here. We have eaten at and enjoyed Tampa, Orlando, Daytona, Raleigh and even Roanoke Rapids locations. The Rocky Mount location is a disgrace to this proud franchise.

Again Ruby Tuesday continues to help me out. I always go here to eat(turkey burger) and re charge my tech gear. They always find a table with a electrical plug nearby. I usually go in the mid afternoon, I have the place to myself. The service is always great. I enjoy the food and they always give me a tea to go.

Friendly folks here in this cute little town in NC. After breakfast at McDonald’s and lunch at Sonic, mah belly was cravin a little salad to balance out all that fried goodness. Got the salad bar(why go to Ruby Tuesday without getting the $ 2.99 unlimited salad!!!) and some buffy wings. Hadn’t had wings in ages, they were OK, not great, but the salad is where it’s at, homes! Some lady getting salad with her friend was like«Girl, I know these here mushrooms gon’ give me weird dreams tonight!!» Awesome. Stay away from the balsamic vinaigrette though… too salty. Bleu cheese was damn good though.
