Starbucks

Just drinking my coffee espresso Blended Frappuccino which looks more like a vanilla shake and taste like sweet iced milk unfortunately. last week I got a green tea matcha Frappuccino and my stomach never grumbled so much in my entire life the rest of the evening! just don’t think this is a very good Starbucks in my experience for the price especially that we pay!

Friendly staff but the service is beyond slow and they mess up orders. Don’t bother getting in line at the drive thru unless you have 20 minutes to waste. They tell you one thing at the speaker and then by the time you get to the window they’ve run out of that item.

I usually go for the Drive Thru and its pretty fast, The only problem I’ve ever had was once through the drive thru I asked to use a rewards drinks and they charged me anyway… You have to say it twice, when you order and when you’re at the window to pay.
I also love the new app, I go t grab and I’m out. BUT the app drinks aren’t where youd usually pick up youre drinks, its on the other side near the wall.
My drinks are always perfect and how I ordered them, Never had a problem with the app at any store.

So after being asked to «try our app» at a recent visit a few month back at another location I have become so happy to use it. No standing in lines, no digging for the wallet to pay, it is just awesome.
I show up to this location (for the first time) and experienced what has to be described as a cascading set of failures.
It all starts with the young man announcing my name and that my order is ready. A warm smile washes over my face as I set the computer down and head to the counter to grab my festive holiday caffeine. I walk up to the counter expecting my holiday red cup with my name printed on it, as I have done a dozen times before.
This is where the first fail happens, no red cup, not cup at all?! I wait patiently as the young man finishes a frothy beverage (persuming to me mine), and hands it to Carla. Carla, who the heck is this princess that gains advanced privileges? Mind you they just called my name to get my drink — and I walked right up.
Ok it’s the holiday settle down it’s only freaking coffee! LOL
I wait, and wait, three workers took turns looking at me directly only to do NOTHING (Second major fail).
I ask the young lady (standing directly in front of me) to assist, she ignores me. (Third Fail)
I then, in a rather firm but not aggressive, voice directly call her name embroidered on her apron. Shaking her out of whatever la la land she was in. and ask for my drink. She complies and magically pulls out my red cup-​o-​frothy-​joe.
I ask if I need to wait, ask for my drink after being summoned to the counter — recalling I have never had to do that before (it has always been call my name, walk up, get drink, enjoy). She says, no, but it helps. LOL Ok (Fail, not major, but still a fail — I think that is four)
Here is where it really gets fun. The young man who called my name in the first place speaks loudly to get my attention (I just want to sit down and enjoy my drink at tis point) that they couldn’t make what I ordered and just made something different. (Major Fail)
Then he proceeded to blame the app (and therefore my use of it) for the issue, and offered NOTHING in consideration of this disconnect between execution and customer satisfaction.
All in all, this was (I am hoping) and isolated incident. But clearly there is some training missing at this location when it comes to service.

Honestly the worst Starbucks you could go to. Constantly mess up orders and service is extremely slow and just flat out awful.

Love the staff at this location. They are great!!! Also I come here to do schoolwork, and always get a good seat. So glad they offer cold brew coffee now too!!!

The staff was delightful. Two awesome and witty girls who were very helpful. I forgot their names damnit, otherwise I would totally have mentioned them. They were blonde?! Does that help! Anyhow… loved it! (Not because of the blonde girls, I am gay, so yeah girls don’t do it, but because they were fun, witty and really nice!)

Want a perfectly made coffee or any drink tou seriously come to this location. Their friendly the place is clean the baristas are the friendly they want to know you. They make you leave with either a smile or laughter.

I love this Starbucks! The staff is always really friendly, they have great service and go above and beyond for their customers. I stop by before work and have never been late so they are efficient as well!

Drinks are made correctly, but they are not able too keep up with the amount of customers this location consistently has, so wait times terrible and traffic backs up all the time in and out of the store. Lines at drive thru are usually wrapped all the way around the building choking the parking for other businesses as well.

Very efficient, friendly staff. They greet me by name. When I have waited long, I get a coupon for a freebie next time. They’re not aloof or weird like the Rocky River Detroit Rd location. Good coffee and nice, efficient staff. Wish it were slightly bigger with more seating, but this is good.

I just love them here they see me park my car or walk in the door and they begin my drink they always remember what I want. When a new employee comes in they will go out of their way to teach them my name and my drink they also introduce them to me just freaking love them and the place

This location had a chick barista who rocked! She killed my drink! I’ll be back! :)

No «drop off» in quality at this location.

It’s a Starbucks. They make decent coffee. ‘Nuff said.
