worst service. had to ask for a server(total of 8 diners in the whole place). asked was there anyone working in that part of restaurant. prime rib was ordered medium rare — was received medium well. when the manager came through and asked how our meal was, the server(joe) was with her. i asked server how i ordered prime rib, medium rare, looked at manager and asked how she thought it was cooked. she said, medium. well duh, should we do something about this or not. couldn’t get refills on drinks. no sour cream or butter with baked potato.(they thought we could use butter that came with rolls). argued with one person did they want tea, lemonade, tea, lemonade. strawberry tea was what was ordered. won’t be going back. too many business’ will willingly cook and serve food that is paid for. don’t waste your money. there were people there that had been there longer than us. also, out of 3 items on menu. sticky table. i don’t think you should be sweeping floor(peanut shells) toward people that are eating. in our case, one in our party is highly allergic to nuts. and it was supposed to be a celabratory meal.

Decent place to grab a steak. I have always had a good experience here the location is well staffed and clean. I like the onion brewski sirloin, my daughter likes the steak tips with the kids meal.

The hostess friendly and upbeat, energy from music and staff Made it a pleasant visit. Hot food was hot and cooked to perfection . Salads were cold and crisp. I can see why they are always so busy ! Thank you for a great night out with family

The toughest driest, steak I have ever had! The peanuts were stale, and old. Service was not good either. The waitress disappeared from the time we got our food and never came back. We had to get the bartender to bring our ticket, and pay. They do deserve the single star, because the side salad was crisp. I will never go back and I would not recommend anyone to eat there. Seriously, go to Colton’s instead, it is right across the street.

Prices we good, however the food was hit and miss. Ordered steak medium rare. Steak served well done. Waste of 11oz steak. The Caesar salad is rather dry. More dressing and perhaps some tomato would be better. I suggest having the servers ask the patrons to cut into their steak to see if it’s done correctly. By the time I saw our server again I had finished my meal. Would have asked them to try again, but the rest of our party was nearly done. The Mac and cheese sat under the lamps far too long and was rather dry as well. Ordered onions and mushrooms with the steak. Must be out of onions. Only received mushrooms. On a positive note, the dining staff wipes down the tables with cleaner after each meal and vacuums up the area. The hour wait was only 47 minutes. Given the number of steakhouses in the area, I will probably skip this one before trying again.

I received an appetizer coupon from manager Eakins from this store. When I tried to redeem, I was told this was not a Logans coupon. This was in conjuction with Logan’s «nut-e» club. Because we left after the rejection, we did not have opportunity for a pleasing experience, I can only rate one star. Be careful if you get coupons from this company, the restaurant might not know about the coupon. Rather than verify, they questioned the authenticity as though maybe I created the coupon or something, and in front of others. Embarassing to me.

A good evening. I love the atmosphere in this place but that may just be my country roots. Great for kids. It’s loud and they throw the peanut shells on the floor. What more could you ask for? I had grilled chicken on a salad with cranberries walnuts blue cheese crumbles. It was very good. And more than enough for two servings. Definitely felt like you got your moneys worth.

Pretty decent atmosphere. The hostess and waitress were both nice and attentive. The food was fine — not great. I had a filet and it was a little over-cooked, but the rest of the meal was good. I thought the price was about right and overall I was satisfied with the dining experience.

I am a huge fan of Logan’s through out the country but this one is a bit disappointing. I may try it again but am not sure at this point. 12/15/2013 I’ve been back several times, the service is excellent. The management and cooks here should realize that this should not be the«McDonalds» of steaks; they completely don’t get it. On to find a better weekly steak prepared correctly, I won’t be back here :(

I’m confused about this place. It was fairly full of customers on a Thursday evening and it appeared that people were enjoying the food. My wife had the grilled chicken and was pleased with it. The service was very good. I had the 10-ounce Chopped Oat meal Steak. Well wait, I think they called it Chopped Sirloin Steak. It was the consistency and taste of oatmeal so I get confused. A management type passing the table asked how the food was. I asked if he had ever ate one of these oatmeal burgers. He got a bit huffy and told me that they grind their own meat. I invited him to prove it and he walked away without answering. I wonder why? I didn’t have a chance to mention that whatever I was served probably wasn’t 10 ounces even when it had hair, horns and hooves. The abundance of stale peanuts and the sad Chopped Sirloin Steak is enough to keep me away but I must have missed something so I am confused. I’d advise be wary if chose to you eat here.

I was really disappointed in Logan’s Roadhouse, not just because the food and service were both mediocre, but also because there are so many other steakhouses within 5 miles that you might have thought they would try a little harder. The steak(ordered medium) was tough and flavorless. The skewer of grilled mushrooms came with tiny, unimpressive mushrooms. Rolls looked much better than they tasted. Servers were generally unfriendly and rushed. The peanut gimmick is cool, but that itself is not enough to warrant a $ 40 meal. We won’t be back.

Peanut shells on the floor! It’s hard to beat that. This was our first visit to Logan’s Roadhouse and we were very pleased. Our server, Sara, brought our menus and ask for our drink orders. We were on the edge of the end of happy hour but Sara made an exception and got our drink specials. Even though Sara was«training», she was very knowledgeable about the menu and combinations. As we enjoyed our tasty happy hour drinks, we enjoyed hot buttered rolls and cracked the complimentary peanuts and dumped the shells on the floor. We ordered two chicken tender dinners(they’re famous for this), grilled meatloaf and The Original Roadies(mini-burgers). The chicken lived up to its reputation! Tender and tasty with the right amount of breading. The meatloaf slices were exceptionally large and one went home for the next day’s lunch. It was delicious and made from part ground beef and part ground pork. Nice crust. The mini-burgers were served on homemade yeast rolls that melted in my mouth. Unfortunately, the burgers were over cooked and chewed more like mini hockey pucks. Throughout our meal, Sara continuously checked on our table, keeping us filled with water and bar drinks. We never wanted for anything. At one point the manager stopped by for an obligatory visit. We praised our server and he appreciated our comments and echoed them. Overall, it was a wonderful and casual dining experience. We didn’t feel we were in a chain restaurant.

I’ve ventured in a few more times since my first review right after they opened. Service is pretty good. Its no Mr B’s but for a cheap steak, its seasoned pretty good. I ordered my steak medium and it was a little overdone. I told the manager, when he came by and asked, and he offered to make me another. I passed because it wasn’t like it was«bad» and that would be wasteful but I was pleased I got the offer. I still love the hot rolls drenched in butter. How could you not?

We went to Logan’s on 3÷19÷2012 for a friend’s birthday. There were about 13 of us and went around 9:30 pm the restaurant I think closed around 10:30 pm or 11:00 pm. It was quit late for dinner but the birthday friend chose Logan’s. Service: The waiter was still learning about what was on the menu but he was very polite and took his time making sure we all got what we want when we order our food. Our waiter also had another waiter and waitress help with our group. The waiter himself did a wonderful job at making sure we had our drinks filled and our food to us all at the same time. The waitress that was helping him out was definitely not very nice. It could be because they were about to close and we were there late. What bother me the most was when we finished eating and she took our dirty dishes back she didn’t bother to say pardon or excuse me before she reached over our heads to get the plates and drinks. She didn’t ask if we were done with our drinks or food. I don’t care how tired anyone waitress/waiter is but that’s not how you treat your customers. If you want to close at 11 pm your restaurant better state that they will stop cooking at 10:30pm or earlier so that your customers can leave by 11pm. Food: I had the Lunch Menu Special: 60z black angus beef with sweet potato fries and cinnamon apples as my side. My steak was cook to a beautiful medium. I loved it! My husbands T-bone steak was cooked perfectly for a medium well. If you want a steak to be cooked perfect go here. I love sweet potato fries and I was so glad I have a place to go and order sweet potato fries. Now I don’t have to search for a TGIF! Their fries were great and the cinnamon apples were warm and sweet/sour tastes the same almost at every restaurant I go to. Environment: It’s a steak house! I like the décor and how its set up. Once you walk right in, there’s a wine barrel full of peanuts for you to help yourself to and you will find peanut shells all over the floor. Nevertheless, I would love to go back again and try out their other entrees. :D
