I have been doing business with Remax At Home for the last 14 years. They were always professional and prompt in their handling of my purchases ans sales of real estate. The most recent sales of a property in Streamwood was an example of professionalism and excellency in working for a client. They got me almost the asking price. They follow up on their work and never ignored any requests or calls. They are an example of the perfect real estate home for me. I recommend them to everyone. They are the best of the best

I have sold two properties and purchased one through Remax at home, the realtors and the staff in this office goes above and beyond expectations to serve you, they are personable, knowledgeable and willing to help even if it’s outside their expected duties! I’ve worked with Jeff Salhani and Basel Tarabein, I have also met some of the realtors and the home design center staff, every one was courteous and pleasant, in short, just great people to deal with, I will always use their services.

A perfect experience to say the least. Basel is a long time family friend after selling my parents house more than 10 years ago and keeping in touch.
My wife and I were in desperate need to sell our home but thought it would be impossible. Our previous home suffered a flood and was now on a FEMA watch list for being in a major flood zone. Given the flood zone and condition of the home, we figured we had zero chance to get out of that situation. My mom then told us we needed to call Basel and at least have a conversation to see if he could help.
Basel came in, made us feel like we had a fighting chance, and made it clear that he could do it. I wasn’t 100% convinced at first because of the homes condition, pervious flooding and all info being disclosed. I later learned disclosing everything was the smartest move.
Amazingly, Basel was able to get 14 showings, 1 offer in the first 10 days (which fell through due to their financing), and our house sold to another couple in less than 3 weeks. A situation my wife and I thought would haunt us for the rest of our lives was in the processes of becoming non-​existent in under one month.
Basel’s work was amazing and being able to experience this at ReMax at Home with the support and guidance of his team made it that much better. Not to mention, their office is amazing, a must see.

If you want the one that goes above and beyond the call of duty, who’s responsible, timely, make you feel like you are his only client… Who listen and bring you back to your priority over and over again, who want to see you and your family in the right house in the right communities and knows how to take the stress out of the process… only Basel Tarabein will do!!!

I leased a condo and had to work with Re/​Max since the owner did not live in the country (Re/​Max managed the unit for the owner). I found Jackie, the Business Manager to be very helpful and prompt if I ever had an issue with anything in the unit or questions about anything.
I also thought It was polite/​respectful of them to text/​call me when they needed to do a showing of the unit (I am moving out and the owner wants to sell). If the time did not work for me they had no issue rescheduling and they even blocked off the weekend for me since family was coming in town to visit me.

Basel and his team is top-​notch and has all the latest real estate technology to help buyers and sellers. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.
