Dunkin’ Donuts

This Dunkin Donuts is always clean, and I am greeted every morning by a crew member that is kind and attentive to my order. Terrance and Emma are great, they remember my order and get it correct every visit. Erin and Monica are great as well. The other crew members all are very clean, say «Good Morning» and I even saw a young man give an older woman a random compliment on her nail polish color one day. It was so genuine and kind, that I was impressed. I drive to this Dunkin Donuts specifically because the people working there are so fabulous and the store is always clean. I know when I come to this Dunkin Donuts that I am going to get a drink made just the way I love it, fresh donuts, and a smile to greet me!

The employees here are friendly and remember their frequent customers, which is enough for me to drive slightly out of my way to come to this location instead of going to one of the other five hundred million Dunkin Donuts around the block from my house. The only reason they aren’t receiving five stars from me is about once a week they’ll rush my latte and it’ll taste like bitter hot water (this morning being one of those instances, which puts me in a bad mood the remainder of the day). If they were more consistent with their product this Dunkin Donuts would be perfect.

There’s a new crew in the early AM, and whereas they’re all still friendly, none can make a latte that doesn’t taste like poorly flavored hot water. I’ve knocked down my previous star rating and regrettably must now find another DD to try. Womp womp.

Service was decent but needed some work. Maybe it was because I got the new employee. BUT ANYWAY. back to the review! I needed some coffee this morning so I came and got myself some DD coffee. Needed also a small decaf with half and half for my mom. First, he wanted to give me regular and another gentleman behind the counter pointed and told the guy that was helping me where to go for some decaf. My mom and caffeine do not get along to well. So crisis averted. I got myself a small iced blueberry coffee with a Splenda and skim milk. He kept having to ask me my order over and over and over. again. First he thought I said hot, then wanted to give me regular sugar over Splenda. Asked me what kind of milk again… twice. Oy. Just give me my coffee man and make it right! Or ELSE! Haha I kid I kid. So I hope if I go back I won’t have a little bit more of headache like I had today and just had the coffee made to my liking. Considering its only a few minutes away from my house.
PS — Parking lot is SMALL! So beware. I can see this getting a little hectic during rush hour.

I love this DD location. I order unsweetened iced tea all the time. The tea is brewed correctly most of the time. The staff remembers us, and what we order. They are friendly, and have some really exceptionally good staff members that correctly prepare them. Coffee is always how I ask for it. Donuts are always fresh. When I go to some other DD locations in the area, for instance, by the train station, they are awful. The donuts are not always fresh, and the girls usually mess up my order, or they don’t have something. The DD on Lakeland Avenue, Bohemia never has lemons. Weird. The Baskin Robbins is a nice addition as well. The parking is kind of limited, but I personally have always been able to get a spot. But this is the best DD in this area by far. And they have a cute little sitting area both inside and outside.

These places are every where. I like the combo of DD and Baskin an Robins. Service here is pretty decent. Parking can be limited (small lot) which makes this place a pain during the morning rush hour commute. Other than that, average place with solid service.

I used to love Baskin Robbins but it seems to me over 5 dollars for a cappachino blast is too much
nice sit down area with channel 12 always on
so you want a donut a predictable coffee and channel 12 then head on over
ps I HATE those styrofoam cups I swear it gives off some sort of taste to the coffee
