Mimis Burger

I like them its a little mom and pop shop. If your in a hurry your in the wrong place. Their Burgers, BLT’s, Chicken fried steak and basic 2 egg breakfast were all very good. The waitress was friendly and funny. I personally enjoyed eating there.

Its o.k., I like others only give it two stars because of the staff. They are great. The food is bland but will do if you want something besides Mc Donalds. Also watch their grade. It was a B the last time i looked.

The absolute worst food, atmosphere, staff and place to eat in all of Rosamond and dare I say the Antelope Valley. And that’s saying a lot. I went in for a burger, after an hour I got waited on, asked for coffee as part of my order, and the coffee had ants in it, then the food order was another 45 minutes before it was even started to be cooked, the place was empty so its not like it was to full.

I gotta say so far I’m not impressed. Ate there on a Saturday and had a burger. The edges of the bun were hard and inedible. Stale bread I’m assuming. The pastrami was good though.

The service is good… but the food has no taste… i don’t recommend it… i give it 2 stars only because the employees give good service…

I think that they buy their food from the frozen section of the one grocery store in the area and defrost the food to sell it.
The food here is really really BAD. I only gave it two stars because there is not a good selection of restaurant out here and if you don’t want to purchase food from the grocery store yourself and cook it in the oven I suppose this is an OK alternative. If ANYONE has enough gas in their car to make the trip to Landcaster to eat at a better OK restaurant then you should do it! I will NEVER eat hear again or give this place another try. Honestly, I am all for hole-​in-​the wall restaurants that have some special recipes from a great great grand mother that came from Mexico or South America that know kitchen homemade cooking BUT this is not it. I had some defrosted fish tacos that tasted like SH*T cheep tacos from the frozen section of Albertsons that didn’t taste editable.
There is NO hole-​in-​the wall or 3^rd world charm here! I have traveled the globe so I know more than others. This is not Mexico or South American food… this is frozen food from Albertsons defrosted!!! Even the worst cook can do this better at home for half the price!
SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY!!! Do not even stop in Rosamond… Keep driving… somewhere anywhere but here!!!

Good food, needs a decorator. I have been here a few times. First time I hade the burger combo, I was happy. Reminded me of a sonic burger. Last couple times I tried the Mexican food. Their loaded burrito was HUGE, not to mention tasty. I had to be rolled out. The outside of the restaurant looks pretty shady and in my opinion no dining establishment should have a TV by checkout unless it’s a bar. With the right makeover, this place could be a gem.

Honestly… the place looks kinda dumpy… but the food is good. The burgers are better than Fosters and the portions are large. If they could get a restaurant make over, they would be a lot better off.

Thought I would try the place. Wish I would have passed. I had a hamburger and fries. The fries were soggy and greasy, the hamburger was pathetic, cardboard is thickened than the hamburger. The floor and tables were dirty. Looks like a bunch of free floor samples were put on the floor. Television was tuned to some celebrity gossip and so loud it was impossible to have a conversation. The person taking my order asked me twice what I was ordering. I will NEVER return.

The food is very good! The service is great! You can tell they care about their customers :). Stop by for some tasty food for a good price.

This is one of our favorite places to go to in Rosamond! The service is above standards, Everyone is super nice and friendly, do not forget to tip! They deserve it! The food is delicious. They make the BEST fried zucchini! OH MY WORD! Yes, they do! Chili cheese fries. Delish! Seriously, give this place a try. It is just adorable!

It’s a fast food place in Rosamond. Not great, but the prices are good, portions are large, and the staff is nice. You can eat there or call in your order to go. My husband usually gets the Carne Asada dinner and likes it. I get different things and everything has been pretty good. If your from the Rosamond/​Lancaster/​Palmdale area, its like a Primo or Toms.

I liked this place till I picked up tacos for my family and we got food poisoning. Haven’t been back since. One sick uncompensated day was enough.

My husband put it very eloquently: «It has a certain third world charm.»
It is very cheap. Two burgers, fries, onion rings, drinks and a kid breakfast were about $ 20. Service was good.
It was just okay. The burgers were decent. The batter on the onion rings may have been freezer burned or something before they hit the fryer.
The décor is much improved from when this was the Evergreen Café.
IF we go back, we’ll try the Mexican food. And we’ll hope the fly that kept divebombing our table is gone.

wow where do I start, this place reminds me of those little joints in the Bronx, NYC that served the most delicous foods ever like White castle Hamburgers.
I’ve been there for breakfast and lunch, I Gotta tell you they don’t dissapoint. good tasting burger, good breakfast. «not greasey» They also serve excellent Mexican food.
This Puerto Rican loves Mexican food I’m also picky so take my word you’ll LOVE Mimis burger.
The service is good and if you talk with the owner Raul tell him Miguel sent you.
This is a great motorcycle stop as it’s only five miniutes from the 14 freeway. Enjoy.
