Baskins-Robbins 31 Ice Cream Stores

Very disappointed! I ordered two cakes online & called to verify the order. When I arrived to pick them up, I waited for 30 minutes while they looked for my cakes. Finally, they told me they didn’t have them and wanted me to come back later in the afternoon to pick them up. That was not going to work for our plans! The young girl was very nice but I would have rather been told 30 minutes earlier I’m sorry we don’t have your cakes. The owner was supposed to call me. She spoke to him several times during the 30 minutes while I waited. He never called or spoke with me — no apology. A family gathering with people in from California for 3 kids birthday and a 20^th anniversary and I was left scrambling to find substitute cakes. I have frequently bought cakes there — he just lost a customer :(

Stop by here for my ice cream cake needs. Nice and clean. Service is not something I’d write home about but I did not expect great service. I just needed to pick up an ice cream cake.
