I said the last time that I would never return but now I’m sure that I will NEVER step into that building again. First off I was told that in order to get my refill I have to come in to see the doctor… that’s understandable however the hassle to make the appointment was ridiculous. First the MD was going away on vacation & they asked if I wanted to see the PA I politely declined & waited two weeks for an appointment. Meanwhile making that appointment the call got disconnected & I tried calling back & the lines were busy so I left a message for them to call me back & NO one returned my call. Secondly since I needed the refill ASAP I asked for one just to hold over until I was able to see the MD. You would think that they would call me back & say that I could come in & pick up the prescription for the refill since the MD wouldn’t be able to address it the day of my call. I had to call & follow up with this (mind you they still haven’t returned my call for an appointment) & upon asking the secretary why I wasn’t called back all she could say was «I don’t know».
Lately, on the day of my appointment I checked in and everything. We all get it that the MD gets backed up & runs behind schedule, HOWEVER, this level of care is unacceptable. First, I asked if I could use the restroom & asked if they would need specimen. When I was done I was told to go to the lab to be triaged. Asked the MA if she is going to need blood sample, she said no (shocker cause they always take blood but hey I’m a patient today). Went back to the waiting area (over an he has passed now) another MA comes & takes me into a room & did another full assessment (I mean cause one person asking u the same questions isn’t enough). Then I was told to change my gown & the doctor would be in shortly. After 45 mins waiting in the cold room with just a gown on the MA peeks in & says the MD is coming now. To my surprise in walks the PA! (No disrespect to the PA but I came to see the MD). Then she proceeds to give me the story that the MD is way behind & she asked her to come see me. Oh man was I livid!!! I didn’t make an appointment with the MD to come & see the PA !! GYN exam is horrid as is & you want someone new to examine me at the last minute !!! Anyways, I decided (against my better judgement) to just get it over with since I wasted 2 hrs of my day already. Then the PA tells me when she is finished that they also need blood work (you must be kidding me because I told the MA before & she said they don’t need blood work). Then to add insult to injury when I’m finally dressed & headed out towards the lab (which I told would be empty) yet someone was in there. Needless to say I left without doing any blood work & I promise you the only way I’m going back to that office is if I have to pay to have my records sent to a different MD. This poor service has got to stop. Thought that they would improve by now but this is the third time.

I had an appointment with their Pa for an annual physical examination. I had completed the routine blood work a few weeks prior and also wanted to review the results. When the Pa came into the examination room she proceeds to tell me that lab results were supposed to be reviewed during a separate visit… but she will go over them with me, which she did. She then reviewed my health history and did a quick breast exam and chest auscultation. When i began to tell her about symptoms of pain that I had been experiencing she immediately shut me down telling me that my pain could not be addressed today and that I would have to make another appointment. I ask her why and she said it was due to billing! I am appalled that a healthcare professional would fail to listen to my health concerns during a wellness visit. I have never experience this before can’t believe that a medical professional would deny care. I would have rated them 1 star but I did have a much better experience with Dr Walker. I will be writing a letter to the office as well and moving forward refuse further appointments with the PA.

I searched for a PC for my 19 yrs old daughter. After searching the net, Dr. Reed appeared to be a good fit. Made appt, went smooth. She has 2 PA’s working in her absence, I wasn’t crazy about that but went with it. Kept the appt. My daughter had cold symptoms even after we tried OTC meds for a week. First PA diagnosed it as allergies, which no Dr. ever had told me. The symptoms got worst with painful sore throat, nose congestion red eyes and etc. Returned to office was seen by second PA and she noted we were there 2 days ago and it was diagnosed as allergies. So without assessing her or physically examining her she told her its allergies and suggested Clartin. I called my daughter old Pediatrician asked can she see her. We told her what the PA diagnoses was she said how she came to that conclusion? My daughter throat was swollen on both sides, redness, sore when swallowing. She gave her antibiotic once my daughter took the first dose 5 hours later she felt MUCH better. Her symptoms are subsiding. Maybe Dr. Reed is a great her background and credentials was good. But, her PA, I wouldn’t see her again. So for that experience I gave the office a 1 star. We will never go back there again.
